Namaste and welcome to your midday reset.

I want you to start by finding a comfortable position either lying down on the ground or sitting cross-legged on the ground or sitting on a chair.

I want you to close your eyes and just start connecting to your breath.

Give yourself this time to slow down the mind a little bit.

Throughout the day we're receiving,

We're receiving a lot coming in through our brain.

We have thousands of thoughts in a day.

We're getting a lot of information and it can be a lot.

It can be overwhelming.

We're gonna spend the next few minutes resetting,

Realigning,

Reconnecting to self so that you can spend the rest of the day more focused,

More efficient,

And hopefully happier.

Let's start taking a deep inhale in through the nose.

Start by filling up the belly,

Bringing that breath up into your chest,

All the way up to the top of your head.

Holding it for two seconds and then releasing out through the mouth.

Exhaling all of that breath,

Deflating the stomach and the chest and letting it out.

Let's do this a couple more times.

Start by filling up the belly,

Bringing that breath into the chest and up to the top of the head.

Hold for two seconds and then let it all go out through the mouth.

Let's do this one more time together.

Inhale in through the nose,

Bringing that breath into the belly,

Traveling up into your chest and then all the way up to the top of your head.

Hold for those two seconds and then release out through your mouth,

Letting everything go.

Letting go anything that's no longer serving you,

Releasing your to-do lists,

Releasing any thoughts about work.

This is your time to find some stillness and peace within.

Next I want you to visualize what you want the rest of your day to look like.

How do you want to feel as you're going about the rest of your day?

How do you want other people to feel around you?

How do you want your energy to help other people around you?

Focus on what you hear as you're projecting this visualization into the future and to the rest of your day.

Think about even scents,

Smells that come up.

Focus on what you taste as you move throughout the rest of your day.

Notice what you see.

Notice what you feel as you're visualizing the rest of your day.

You get to be the maker,

The creator of this time.

You get to set the tone for the rest of the day.

You have the power to feel what you want to feel.

Let's really tap into those feelings in this moment.

As you're tapping into these feelings,

I want you now to notice in your body where these feelings are most concentrated.

When you've located where in your body you have these feelings,

These feelings of how the rest of your day is gonna go,

When you locate that in your body,

I want you to place a hand over that spot.

I want you to notice what you feel in this spot.

Maybe even notice the temperature of your skin.

Maybe you can even feel your heartbeat in this area of your body.

What does that feel like?

I really want you to connect to this feeling that you're gonna have throughout the rest of the day.

I want you to connect that to that spot on your body as you place your hand over it.

Connect with it.

Breathe life into this area.

Spend the next few moments with this area of your body,

Giving it some nourishment and life.

Continuing to connect the feeling with this spot on your body.

Now let's take another deep inhale and through our nose,

Bringing that oxygen to this area of our body,

Bringing life,

Energy,

And then releasing out through your mouth.

Now as we end this guided visualization,

I want you to keep these feelings or this feeling that you're gonna take with you for the rest of your day and remember that spot on your body where you've been holding this feeling or these feelings and know that throughout the day,

If you need a quick reset,

You can place your hand on that spot and breathe into those feelings.

Reignite them so that you can continue to feel whatever it is that you want to feel throughout the rest of your day.

Now as we end this guided visualization,

I want you to invite a little bit of movement into your body,

Wiggling your toes,

Fingers,

Stretching your arms over your head.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

I hope the rest of your day is exactly what you want it to be and remember you can always tap into these feelings anytime throughout the rest of your day.

Thank you so much for joining me.

Namaste.
