Let's start by finding a comfortable position either sitting down or lying down.
I want you to take your hands down to your lower abdomen,
Down to that space where you can feel any cramps,
Any bloating,
Any discomfort due to your period.
Just place your hands right on that area.
I want you to feel the heat coming off of your fingertips,
Coming off of the palm of your hand.
I want you to feel that heat sinking into your belly,
Sinking down into your muscles,
Relaxing that area.
I want you to start taking deep inhales and long slow exhales.
Let's start with an inhale in through the nose on a four count.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Hold it at the top for seven seconds.
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And exhale slowly through the mouth on a count of eight.
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,

Beautiful.
Let's do that again.
Inhale in through the nose on a count of four.

Hold it at the top for seven,

Now on your next inhale,
You can inhale at your own pace.
I want you to imagine that you're pulling that breath down to your lower abdomen.
That breath is going to fill up your belly,
Fill up your reproductive organs,
And bring some relaxation and calm into those areas.
On every inhale,
Imagine your breath flowing down into your lower belly,
Into all the organs in that space.
Imagine it's helping to soothe.
Imagine that breath helping to unravel the tightness.
Imagine that breath acting like a little massage for your belly to ease the discomfort and bring in healing,
Comfortable energy.
Let's bring the focus to the breath and the hands.
Think about as you inhale your breath into the lower abdomen to relax and bring comfort into those areas while at the same time,
The heat from your hands is sinking down into the belly,
Into the organs and softening,
Softening the space,
Allowing any feelings to come up that may come forth.
Perhaps even a certain color is coming out through your hands into your belly.
Perhaps there's a sound that comes out through your hands into your belly to provide soft,
Comfortable feelings.
What is that sound?
What are those colors?
Now,
I want you to send a little love to your belly,
To your period,
To all those organs in there,
Doing their job,
Working hard for you.
Tell them,
Tell that area that you love it,
That you love them,
That you appreciate everything everyone is doing for your body because you have a strong body.
As a female,
We give life to the world.
We give the greatest gift of all.
Now it's time to relax and let our body do what it needs to do to keep us strong and safe.
I want you to finish up sending your love and gratitude to this space.
Notice how the temperature of your hands have changed since the start of this visualization.
Notice how the sensations in your body have shifted.
Notice how your breathing has changed.
Now let's send love to our belly one last time by making little circles with our hands around any areas that still have some discomfort.
Slightly rub your hand around those spots.
Continue to give it love and gratitude.
Now let's take one more inhale in through our nose on the count of four,
