Episode 3 Today,
I will be speaking a little bit about grounding into the earth,
Grounding with the vibrations that are so very healing that are more present in the earth than we even realize how important it is to walk in nature and to just be in touch with the earthly energies that help us to come back into a state of equilibrium.
This is mostly a meditation,
But I will guide you through the meditation and also explain now a little bit about why it's so important to ground oneself.
Basically,
If one feels scattered or spaced out or just out of touch with the life flow of healing,
The life flow that's within us that creates vibrancy and state of excitement.
If we're out of touch with this or just overwhelmed and not able to focus and many other aspects of modern lifestyle today,
The situations that we end up in being so very tiring and difficult,
It's just part of modern living.
If this is the case,
Then it is very good to practice this meditation grounding into the earth.
If you feel you've lost touch with a connection to the earth or with nature or existence itself,
Then this meditation is very good.
You may find it just helpful to practice this meditation for no other reason than this meditation just helps you to stay in touch,
Helps you to be connected and more able to just work through the difficult situations that may come your way.
But the practice of meditation is actually the most interesting thing.
So without further ado,
We can begin.
Create an intention to ground into the earth.
And even if you're not in the garden or in nature,
Imagine yourself in a beautiful place surrounded by nature with the soles of your feet touching the ground.
If you're sitting in meditation,
It's important that the soles of your feet touch the ground,
Perhaps taking your socks off and shoes off and placing the soles of your feet onto the ground.
If you're lying down,
Then just being aware of your feet connecting through your visualization,
Connecting to the earth.
Deep breath.
Begin by creating this intention and sitting quietly,
Closing your eyes and taking a few slow deep breaths.
The vibration of the forest may be audible in the background.
Maybe in touch now with the vibration of the forest.
As you breathe deeper,
Allow yourself to come back to this beautiful space within yourself where you're grounded and in touch with nature.
Deep breath,
Relaxing into this moment.
As you ground yourself,
It's important that you focus your awareness down to the lower part of your abdomen rather than the head,
Which is the usual place where energy accumulates when we are busy thinking or busy subconsciously worrying or stressing about situations or when we're not in touch and constantly trying to figure out a way to be in touch,
The energy is in the head.
So now consciously bring this energy down to the abdomen,
Down to the lower part of the abdomen.
This is like three,
Four centimeters below the navel and it's inside of your body.
This space is inside of your body.
So when you're breathing,
You're breathing down all the way down and connecting to the abdominal muscles and what is beyond the abdominal muscles.
So you're really aware,
You're connected to your body,
Bringing the energy down to this point.
This beautiful focal point within helps you to connect to your feet and helps you to connect to the earth.
Be mindful and notice how this feels.
You drift into a thought or into a feeling,
Just observe the thought from a very neutral,
Detached perspective and keep coming back to this point deep within the lower abdomen.
Make sure that whatever it is that you're thinking about or that you're feeling doesn't stir up,
The mind doesn't stir up your thinking process,
But rather that you just observe,
You're aware of the situation,
But you come straight back to the deep breath,
Down deep below the abdomen,
Beyond the navel,
Just three,
Four centimeters down below the navel.
There's this beautiful point that connects you to the earth,
That connects you to your feet.
Deep breath.

Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Constantly reminding yourself to come back down to this point below the navel,
Breathing into the lower abdomen.
So you're making sure that you're directing your breath into this area,
Expanding it when you inhale and contracting it when you exhale.
This is a conscious and deliberate way of breathing,
Very focused.
It allows your awareness and your energy to be concentrated below the navel so that the center of gravity shifts from your head or the upper part of your body down to this point below the navel.
Deep breath.
Spend a few moments just connecting in stillness to this beautiful space below the navel,
Breathing deeply,
Relaxing and shifting the center of gravity so that it is deep within the lower part of your abdomen.
Making sure that your soul is healing heavily,
Bear with me.
Breathing in and out.
Deep breath.
Deep breath.
Deep breath.
Deep breath.
Deep breath.
Breathing in,
Down into the abdomen,
Being aware of the navel,
Space beyond the navel down deep within the abdomen.
Breathing in,
Down into the abdomen,
Being aware of the navel,
Space beyond the navel,
Being aware of the navel,
Space beyond the navel,
Being aware of the navel,
Space beyond the navel,
Space beyond the navel.

Deep breath.
As you continue to breathe deeply into the abdomen,
Just imagine that you are a tree with roots that go deep into the earth.
You can feel and visualize these roots connected to the abdomen moving down into your body,
Down into the lower parts of your body,
Through the base of your spine and into the ground,
Spreading through the soil as far down as you can imagine,
Energetic roots that connect you to the earth.
Spend a few moments connecting to the energy as these roots go deeper and deeper into the earth.
Deep breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Letting go.
As this energy moves deeper into the earth,
You're connected,
You're at one with the earth.
You can visualize the roots deep,
Deep in the earth,
Drawing energy up from the earth into this point deep within the abdomen.
So the energy moves through your feet,
Soles of your feet,
Up through your legs,
Lower parts of the body,
The hips,
The lower part of your spine,
All the way down,
All the way to the,
Just the point close to the navel.
You can feel this energy from the navel spreading around into all parts of your body.
So as you visualize this,
As you experience and sense this,
The circulation of energy moves all around your body.
Spend a few moments just connecting and feeling and being part of this circulation,
This communication with the earth.
Deep breath.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Being open and receptive to the energy that's coming to you,
To your body,
To the being that you are,
This beautiful being that you are,
This energy that's coming up from the earth and transforming your body so that you feel energized,
Vibrant,
Just feel so much more connected.
You may wish to spend a few more moments doing this.
And when you feel charged and ready to utilize this energy in a positive way,
In whatever you will be doing over the next few hours,
When you feel ready and this grounding into the earth helps you,
Empowers you to take the next steps and just gently thank the earth.
Take the energy within your body.
Sense this gratitude within that you are not alone,
That the earth,
The energy of the earth is helping you to take those steps every step of the way.
