I saw myself screaming. An image from my past, along with other images that caused me emotional discomfort. I then saw myself at peace (reframe) within in my safe space. I felt sensations within my mind. Thank you for this. I believe this cleared something holding me back. I love how easy it is to reframe the subconscious mind.
