Take a moment and feel the breath.
It's always there as a great companion for all of us.
And as you breathe,
Just very easily notice your body,
Your heart rate,
Your mind,
Your emotions.
Look at a general sense of yourself without judging,
Like an observer just observing you,
Almost like if you could get out of your body and mind and watch you from behind with love and compassion.
And notice whatever is arising without thinking you're going to do something about it.
Just let everything flow as life flows,
As the breath flows.
You are a river of life in constant change,
A river of thoughts,
A river of feelings,
A river of breath,
And allow that river to flow just feeling it,
Sensing into yourself.
It doesn't mean that you want anything to change.
It means you do not intervene,
You just experience.
There might be the tiredness of the morning,
The sleepiness of the morning,
Or the activation of the morning.
And yet you could ask yourself,
What in me wants to soften just for now,
Just for this moment?
What in me would like to soften?
Let the breath guide you in that exploration of your inner body.
You can notice places like the jaw.
Are you holding any tightness in your jaw or your tongue?
You can notice your shoulders area.
And noticing doesn't mean you get to change anything.
Just notice.
Notice your heart area in the center of the chest.
Can you feel the gentle expansion that happens there with the breath on the belly area and the whole body,
Like the tone of your skin and muscles.
How does that feel?
If you try to feel into your muscles and bones,
What does that tone feel like?
Even even beyond the body,
The temperature of the air in your skin,
The sounds around you,
The light that comes in through your eyes.
This river of life in constant,
Gentle flux.
You are the river.
You are the flowing.
You are the change and transformation.
You contain it all.
And this has been happening for so long.
So many lives.
So many experiences.
Can you find the stillness in that flow?
The center point.
Where it is okay for everything to change,
For everything to go up and down.
It is okay for everything to be as it is in that center.
You recognize perfection in everything.
This constant evolving perfection.
Okay,
Thanks for listening.
