Hello and welcome.

My name is Tina and I want to thank you for joining me for this walking meditation.

As we begin walking,

Settle into a comfortable,

Natural pace.

Focus on feeling your feet meeting the ground,

Step by step,

Letting your arms swing loosely,

Letting your shoulders soften,

And allow your breath to flow in and out without forcing it.

With each step you take today,

You are arriving in the present moment,

Safe,

Steady,

And grounded.

Notice the rhythm between your feet and your breath,

And feel the connection between your body and the earth beneath you.

I'm going to go through two rounds of affirmations.

With each step,

We'll repeat an affirmation in rhythm with your walk.

You can say them silently or out loud in a soft voice.

I am safe in my body.

My breath brings me peace.

I release what I cannot control.

I choose calm over chaos.

I trust my inner wisdom.

My intuition is clear and reliable.

I honor what feels right for me.

I am rooted,

Grounded,

And steady.

Every breath I take renews my energy.

I listen to my body,

And I respond to it with care.

As we keep walking,

Bring your awareness to your heart space.

Just imagine a soft golden light there,

Growing brighter with each step that you take.

Silently ask yourself,

What do I need to trust in myself today?

Just let the answer arrive in its own ways,

As a word,

An image,

A feeling,

Or simple knowing.

There's no need to judge or analyze,

Just notice what comes up and keep moving forward.

Let's anchor into that connection with a few more affirmations.

I am guided in each step that I take.

My calm is my power.

I follow what lights me up.

I am connected to my highest self.

I release doubt,

And I welcome clarity.

My presence is in my strength.

I move through my day with calm and ease.

I trust the timing of my life.

I allow my inner guidance to lead me.

I carry peace with me wherever I go.

As we come to an end of this affirmation recording,

Just take a deep breath in and sigh it out,

And notice how your body feels.

Maybe it feels lighter,

Steadier,

More present.

You've calmed your nervous system,

Connected with your intuition,

And grounded yourself in trust.
