Hello and welcome.

My name is Tina Stinson and thank you for joining me for this affirmation walk shifting from stressed to inspired.

To begin you could start by walking slowly.

You could also listen to this as you do things around the house or even in a sitting position.

Feel your feet connecting to the earth.

Taking three deep breaths remembering to inhale calm and exhale any tension in the body.

Before we begin set an intention.

You could say something like this walk is a gift to my mind my body and my soul.

I will say an affirmation and you could repeat it out loud or in your head after me.

I let go of what I cannot control.

My breath dissolves tension.

I am not my thoughts.

I am the observer.

Noticing all the sights and sounds around you.

Letting any thoughts drift like leaves on a stream.

This moment is enough.

Feeling the air on your skin.

I release anxiety like a passing cloud.

Peace is my natural state.

I am grounded and present.

Noticing three things that you can see,

Two things you could hear,

And one thing that you could feel.

My body knows how to relax.

I trust the rhythm of life.

I am safe where I am.

I choose courage over fear.

All of my challenges make me stronger.

I am resilient and adaptable.

I have everything I need within me and as you repeat this one tap on your chest lightly with each step.

I am the author of my day.

Today holds opportunities for me.

I attract joy with ease.

My energy creates my reality.

I am ready for what's next.

I step forward in my day with confidence.

Taking a deep breath in and then exhale.

Repeating,

I carry this energy with me.
