If you are experiencing pain, this meditation will guide you to feel this discomfort in a way that reduces the sense of being overwhelmed by it and identified with it. You will also be shown how to cultivate comfort, even in the midst of the discomfort. Ultimately, the intention is to bring ease, comfort and care to your body.
