
Yoga Nidra For Pain Relief
Pain can be very difficult to navigate, especially as we try to move through the demands of our daily lives. I wrote this meditation to offer you some relief from pain, even for a short while. Pain may be unavoidable at times in our lives, but how we relate to the pain and how we care for ourselves in the midst of pain can help bring relief from both the discomfort and all the complexities of emotions it carries. As a person living with chronic pain, I turn daily to this practice, to find some relief and a chance to be with myself in a place of kindness and care, (sometimes this can be the best medicine of all). Please have on hand for this meditation, a small object that will sit comfortably in the palm of your hand. This might be a pebble, a crystal, or a coin. If you don't have something, no worries, you can simply rest the back of one hand in the palm of the other hand. I hope this meditation brings you ease and comfort. Namaste, Tianne
