You might have your eyes remain open or let them softly close,
Your inner gaze resting at brow point.
Feel the support that is underneath you and give yourself permission to rest here.
Let your body rest.
Feel your body breathing.
Perhaps the cool air that's entering your nostrils.
Perhaps feeling as it flows more deeply,
Filling your body as you inhale.
Emptying as you exhale.
Emptying as you exhale.
Perhaps feeling the rhythm of your breath,
This steady,
Constant rhythm.
Nothing you need to do here to fix,
To change.
Your body knows the way,
Your body wisdom knows.
It's taking care of you as your body breathes.
Feel that gentle inner rocking,
Your body breathing.
As you take a moment to consider an intention,
Make a positive affirmation of what you choose to experience through this nature meditation,

Feel your body breathing.
As your body rests,
As your breath flows,
Please bring your awareness to the center of your forehead.
And imagine a soft light,
Like soft moonlight or starlight here.
Let this soft light illuminate through your forehead.
And flow down to fill your throat,
And to rest in the notch at the base of your throat.
The soft light of your awareness flows to your right hand,
And all the way to the fingertips and the tip of your thumb.
The light of your awareness fills your right arm,
Shoulder,
Right armpit,
Right side waist,
Right hip.
It flows all the way to the tips of your toes.
The soft light of your awareness fills the right side of your body,
And comes to rest at the center of your forehead.
It fills your throat,
And rests at the notch at the base of your throat.
The soft light of your awareness fills your left hand,
All the way to the tips of your fingers and thumb.
It flows up your left arm to left shoulder,
Left side waist,
Left leg,
Flowing all the way to the tips of your toes.
The light of your awareness fills the left side of your body.
It comes to rest at the top of your head.
The light of your awareness fills your head.
The soft light fills your whole head.
It flows through both shoulders,
Fingers and thumbs.
Soft light of your awareness fills your spine,
Shoulder blades,
Fills your chest,
Ribs,
Pelvis.
Soft light of your awareness fills your hips,
To the tips of your toes.
Your whole body glowing with the soft light of your awareness.
Soft light of your awareness fills your whole body.
Soft light of your awareness fills your whole body.

Can you imagine a full moon reflected on calm,
Still water?
Can you imagine a soft bed of moss on the forest floor?
Can you imagine a single candle flame,
Steady,
Unwavering?
Can you imagine a lotus flower slowly unfolding?
Can you imagine a soft night breeze,
Wrestling with the leaves?
Can you imagine a crescent moon,
A starry night sky,
An open meadow,
Butterflies alight?
Can you imagine a beautiful garden,
The most magnificent garden?
Notice the colors of flowers,
Of trees,
Of plants,
Of flowers.
Hear the sound of birds,
Perhaps hearing the sound of a soft breeze,
Or water flowing.
Imagine moving through this garden,
Feeling the softness of the earth underfoot.
Imagine looking up to see that beautiful night sky,
A full moon,
Hovering in the night sky.
As you move through this beautiful garden,
Notice there is a place that looks especially inviting to come to rest.
Allow yourself to come to rest here.
Perhaps it's a hammock,
Resting on soft earth or moss.
Perhaps a bench.
As you rest here,
Can you feel the glow of the moonlight kissing your skin?
Your softness,
The warmth,
Caressing.
Notice there is a little box beside you.
Open this box to receive a gift.
In whatever way makes sense for you,
Receive this gift and return the box.
For a few precious moments,
Rest here in the glow of the soft moonlight.
The beauty of this garden with this gift you have received.
