Welcome in.

We have four quick rounds.

Round one and four,

We'll start with the connected breath in the nose and out the mouth.

In rounds two and three,

We'll start with breath of fire,

A rapid exhale out of the nose.

Find yourself a comfortable position as we get ready to breathe together.

Now let's bring in the energy.

Three,

Two,

One.

Emptiness can often be perceived negatively.

In this case,

We are referring to the openness and a space where we can let go of preconceived notions,

Clearing room for perspectives like non-judgment.

Three,

Two,

One.

Deep breath in.

Hold.

And a good release.

Holding your breath.

As you empty your lungs,

You begin to empty the mind of any thoughts.

And now,

Bring in that big inhale,

Holding it at the top,

Releasing with a big sigh,

Let it go.

Three,

Two,

One.

Take a breath,

Moving in to breath of fire,

Breathe in,

Three,

Two,

One.

Breath of fire,

Double speed.

Moving back to that connected breath,

Three,

Two,

One.

Three,

Two,

One.

Deep breath in,

Letting it go,

Holding your breath.

Release any illusion of separation and feel into the interconnectedness.

Bring in that big inhale,

Holding it at the top,

Releasing with a big sigh,

Let it go.

Take a breath,

Moving back in to breath of fire,

Breathe in,

Three,

Two,

One.

Breath of fire,

Double speed.

Moving back to that connected breath,

Three,

Two,

One.

Holding your breath.

Hold.

Empty.

Become a clear channel for your true nature.

Bring in that big inhale,

Holding it at the top,

Releasing with a big sigh,

Let it go.

Take a breath,

Get ready for the final round.

Going back into a connected breath,

Three,

Two,

One.

We'll finish off this final minute with double speed.

Here we go.

Three,

One.

Deep breath in,

Hold.

Let it all go,

Holding your breath,

Entering the emptiness,

Feeling the oneness.

And now bring in that big inhale,

Holding it at the top,

Releasing with a big sigh,

Let it go.

Rest your breath and take this time to notice what's here now that you have created space within yourself.
