Hello and welcome.
Thank you so much for joining me for this third eye meditation today.
If you haven't already done so,
Go ahead and set up your space.
Perhaps lighting a candle,
Diffusing some essential oils,
Closing the door to the room that you are in.
And I encourage you to have a journal and something to write with nearby so you can allow for a conscious stream of writing to flow through you when you're done your practice today.
And now when you're ready to find a comfortable seat or lying down position,
Supporting yourself so you can find stillness throughout this practice today.
And when you're ready to,
Closing down your physical eyes.
Starting to bring awareness to the breath by beginning to deepen each inhale.
Starting to breathe past your ribs into your low belly.
And as you exhale,
Relax,
Let go.
And deepening the breath,
Breathing in all the way to the low belly.
And each exhale softening a little more,
Surrendering into this space,
Into the practice.
And then bringing your awareness to the space between your eyebrows.
Perhaps even turning your internal gaze to look up at that point.
Visualize a purple or indigo light or eye here.
Releasing any expectations of how you think this light or this eye should look to you.
And just taking note of its color,
Its vibrancy,
Its shape.
And as you breathe here,
Each inhale,
Breathe in.
And each exhale allows you to release any stagnant energy that you might be holding onto here.
Now begin to visualize your third eye traveling through your body.
See your third eye moving through each and every part of you and noticing where it stops.
If your third eye takes a moment to pause and stop on its journey through your body,
Take some intentional breaths into that space.
Trusting your own intuition that this area may need a little more support today.
So wherever that third eye stops,
Breathe into that space.
Invite healing,
Cleansing divine energy into that space.
Use your exhale to pull out any stagnant or stuck energy or blockages from this space.
So allowing your third eye to continue its journey through your body for the next few minutes or so.
And I'll call you back when it's ready to begin our guided journey.
S NORTH Sī So when you're ready to take a big full belly breath in and complete breath out,
Allowing your third eye to return back to its third chakra space between the eyebrows if it's not there already.
Take one more big breath in with a sigh,
Exhale,
Let it go.
And begin to visualize yourself standing on a paved road on a dotted yellow line.
It's a warm summer's evening.
The road is surrounded by fields of barley and wheat,
Trees and mountains off into the distance.
It is quiet and you feel safe here.
You look up to the road ahead of you and you start to make your way along the dotted line.
As you walk down the center of the road,
People start to pass you on either side.
Cars,
Bikes,
Scooters and moped.
For a minute you wonder where they've all come from.
You continue to walk down the dotted line.
People passing you on either side,
Feeling distracted,
Lost,
Feeling the sense of chaos surrounding you.
You place your hands in your pockets,
Trying to make yourself smaller.
And you feel smooth stones.
These stones represent the opinions,
The thoughts of society,
Of those outside of yourself.
Things you have picked up along the way,
Things that cloud your vision,
Distract you from your path.
For small stones they feel heavy.
You rub your hands over them and one stone falls out of your hands.
And just like that,
One of the cars disappears from the road.
As you continue to walk down this path,
You release one stone at a time,
Letting go of expectations of you,
Letting go of others' opinions,
Societal standards.
And as you gently release these stones,
The chaos around you begins to quiet.
Your road becomes less busy.
And you continue walking down the path until you've completely emptied your pockets of these smooth stones.
And when you release that final stone,
You pause for a moment.
You look around you at the quiet,
Empty street.
You can see the fields again.
You can see the trees,
The mountains.
A sense of calm and clarity wash over you.
Free from all these distractions,
You are able to continue on your path,
Trusting in your own intuition.
And as you look ahead,
You notice a fork in the road.
You place a hand over your heart,
Breathing into this space,
Taking a moment to trust the guidance within.
And as you exhale,
You release your hand from your heart and you ask yourself,
Which way do I go?
And perhaps it's a whisper,
Maybe a sign,
But with your next breath,
You continue down the path you feel called to.
And as you begin down this road,
You feel a sense of confidence,
Of clarity.
Knowing that your own inner wisdom,
Your intuition is here to guide you.
All you had to do was remove the distractions and make space for your intuition to speak.
You continue down this road,
Knowing that you can use this practice anytime you are needing guidance,
A sense of direction or some clarity.
Take a big breath in,
Exhale fully.
And as you breathe in again,
Repeating the mantra,
I trust myself.
I trust the guidance within me.
I see things clearly and I am divinely guided.
Starting to bring awareness back to your physical body,
Starting to invite some wiggles into your fingers and toes.
Seeing your eyes,
Taking in the room that you are in and taking an opportunity to consciously stream any guidance you received from your practice today,
Any experience you had.
Allow your intuition to speak through you on paper.
Thank you so much for practicing with me today.
Have a blessed rest of your day and Namaste.
