Hello,
And thank you for joining me for our Sacral Chakra meditation today.
So take a moment to set your space,
Perhaps closing the door to the room that you are in,
Propping yourself up on a bolster or a cushion,
Or perhaps lying down supporting your low back with something under your knees or your heels.
And make sure you have something to write with and a journal or a piece of paper near you so you can just consciously stream some thoughts that come to you after the meditation.
And then when you are ready,
Closing down your physical eyes,
Take your left hand and place it just below your belly button.
Bring physical awareness to the sacral chakra.
And as you breathe here,
Send each inhale all the way into that left hand into the sacral chakra.
Feel the abdomen expand as you breathe in.
And notice the softness as you breathe out.
And breathing deep into that left hand into the sacral chakra.
And exhaling,
Softening,
Relaxing.
And continuing this conscious breathing for the next five to eight breaths.
Feel your inhale breathe deep and allow for your exhale.
I would never see anything as I thought about it.
And as you continue to breathe here,
I want you to visualize an orange ball of light right through your palm,
Right at your sacral chakra.
Just become aware of this light.
Notice its color,
Its vibrancy.
Is it moving?
Just observing this light,
Just taking notes as you continue to breathe deep into the sacral chakra.
Now as you breathe here,
Start to stoke that orange light.
As you breathe in,
See that orange light growing,
Expanding,
Becoming brighter.
And as you exhale,
See that orange light drawing back in towards itself.
And again,
Each inhale,
That orange light grows and expands,
Becomes brighter,
More vibrant.
And each exhale,
It softens,
Contracting back in towards itself.
Using your inhale to charge that sacral chakra with divine energy,
Source energy.
And with each exhale,
You remove any stagnant energy from that light,
Releasing it back to the earth,
To the universe,
To be transmuted.
Continuing this visualization,
For the next five to eight breaths,
Charging your sacral chakra with each inhale and releasing with each exhale.
And then when you're ready,
Take a big breath in,
Exhale through your mouth,
And release that left hand from the body if you haven't done so already.
Now visualize yourself standing on the edge of a creek,
Noticing the earth beneath your bare feet,
Taking in your surroundings,
Noticing the weather is just to your liking.
Just observe this space.
And then you bring your awareness to the creek.
You take a few steps forward and dip your toes in the cool water.
As your toes place themselves in the water,
The creek sparkles with divine light.
You walk into the creek,
And with each step the water becomes alive with sparkling light.
You can feel this divine white light,
This healing energy all around you.
And as you arrive in the middle of the creek,
You place your hand over your sacral chakra.
You allow your fingers to trace the water with the other hand,
Feeling a connection with the sacred flow of this divine creek,
How she moves with ease,
Without resistance.
And you feel that same energy within your sacral chakra.
And as you stand,
Allowing the water to flow around you,
You start to find a sway,
Embracing in the movement of the creek,
Allowing your sacral chakra to charge your movement with creative energy.
You allow both fingers to now trace in the water.
And when you feel ready to,
You take a big breath in,
And as you exhale,
You place yourself completely submerged in the water,
Floating now on your back,
Down this creek,
Charged with divine white light,
Embracing the flow.
And you allow this creek to carry you to a sacred pond.
And when you arrive to the pond,
You stand and take notice of your body,
Glistening and sparkling with this divine white light,
With this healing energy.
You take a look at the pond and see your reflection.
You're glowing,
Charged with this energy.
You feel inspired,
Ready to create,
Ready to move forward on a path of ease,
Of least resistance.
You stand here for a minute,
Taking in your surroundings.
And then when you're ready to,
You head to the other end of the pond where there is a set of stairs for you to walk out.
You gently make your way out of the pond onto the grassy edge.
You sit for a moment,
Feeling a sense of guidance,
A sense of trust from within.
And you take a moment to ask yourself,
What is it I need to create?
What do I want to share with the world?
How can I live more in the flow?
And you take a minute to just allow your inner knowing to share its wisdom with you.
And you take a big breath in,
Exhale through the mouth.
Beginning to invite some gentle wiggles into your fingers and toes,
Gently fluttering open your physical eyes.
And then when you feel ready to,
Allow a moment of conscious journaling,
Writing down any messages you received from your meditation,
Perhaps noting the color of your sacral chakra when you started and how you feel it is now.
And as always,
Thank you so much for joining me for this practice today.
Have a beautiful rest of your day and namaste.
