Morning Clarity With Animal Guides

Good morning! Journey with me as we awaken and charge the body with Divine Golden light and then receive messages from your animal spirit guides. Many blessings to you and have a beautiful day. Blessed be.

Hello and good morning.

Thank you for taking this time to join me for this guided visualization.

If you are still in bed,

Allow yourself to just sit up,

Perhaps propping yourself up with some pillows,

Making yourself feel supported.

If you've already moved from the bed,

Allow yourself to find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lie down.

And again,

Just always setting the space.

So perhaps you wanted to light a candle,

Maybe you have some tea,

Some coffee,

Maybe you're just enjoying the quiet stillness and darkness of the morning.

Taking a moment to get settled.

And then when you are ready to go ahead and close down your physical eyes.

Taking a full belly breath in and a complete breath out.

I'll invite you now to bring your left hand over your heart space and your right hand just below the belly button.

If you don't feel like placing your hands on your body today,

You can just hover your hands over these two spaces.

Relieving awareness to the heart space.

And then sending your breath all the way down into the low belly.

So breathing past our ribs into the upper abdomen,

Mid abdomen,

And all the way into the lower abdomen.

Starting to greet the day with awareness and intention.

And so taking about four to six more full complete cycles of breath here.

Perhaps you start to allow for an audible exhale.

Just releasing any stuff you may be holding on to from the previous day.

So and then when you feel ready to you can release the hands from those faces and rotate so the palms face up.

Either resting on your lap on the surface below you.

Just symbolizing that you are open to receiving guidance for the day ahead.

And then I want you to bring into your mind's eye a nice open horizon.

And in that horizon you are starting to see the colors shift and change as the sun slowly begins to rise,

Greeting the day.

Taking in the vibrant orange,

Yellows,

Neon orange,

And pinks.

This illuminating brightness right at the horizon.

And as you tilt your gaze up towards the sky,

Noticing the colors soften into light violets,

Soft grays.

And you just take in this image.

And as you stand here the sun crests above the horizon.

And you feel the warmth of its rays on your feet.

And as you breathe the sun slowly begins to rise higher into the sky,

Illuminating now the lower legs in this golden light.

And you feel the warmth traveling up past the knees to the upper legs,

Feeling the sensation of divine charged energy,

This golden light moving up through the body with the sun.

You feel this golden warmth moving through the pelvic bowl,

Up into the abdomen,

Illuminating your hands,

Your lower arm,

And the upper arm.

And you feel that warmth traveling up through your chest,

Through the shoulders,

Up through the neck.

And you take a big breath in and feel that warmth,

That light illuminating your face,

Your cheeks,

The eyes,

The forehead.

And you feel that warmth and that golden light traveling all the way through your entire body,

Up through to the crown of your head.

Every cell of your being now charged with this divine golden light.

You stand here allowing the sun's rays to wash over you,

Feeling a sense of warmth,

A sense of strength,

And a sense of clarity.

So you take a look around now and notice the sky has changed to tones of blues,

Seeing that the sun is now fully crested above the horizon.

You turn your gaze to the right and you notice some creatures playing off in the field.

They start to come closer and you notice that they are your animal spirit guides.

You take in their presence,

Their shapes,

Their color.

Perhaps it's a fox,

Maybe a bird,

Or maybe it's something more familiar to you,

Perhaps a cat,

Perhaps a cat,

Or even a bear.

But your animal spirit guide comes closer to you and sits next to you.

And you connect to eyes and you ask your guide for any messages,

Guidance,

Or wisdom they wish to share with you today.

You allow your eyes to close and feel their message being transmuted to you in your mind's eye.

You sit here breathing,

Allowing,

And receiving.

A sense of love and comfort washes over you.

You open your eyes to see that your spirit guide is gone.

You take a full breath in smile and as you exhale you know that you can come back to the space to receive guidance whenever you need,

Whenever you feel called to start your day with message from your animal spirit guides.

When you feel ready to,

You can start to bring the awareness back to your physical body,

Taking in a full belly inhale and a complete exhale.

I encourage you to inhale and reach your arms all the way up overhead,

Finding a full body stretch,

Reaching through the fingers,

Lengthening through the spine.

And as you exhale,

Allowing the shoulders to fall from the ears and then opening your eyes if you haven't done so already.

Just allowing yourself to take in your surroundings.

And when you feel ready to,

Allowing yourself to just go about your morning,

Perhaps journaling any messages you received today.

So maybe just taking a moment to find a gentle pause before the hustle and bustle of your life starts.

I connected well with you in this meditation! I like your suggestion of journaling afterwards because I wish to get straight with how I have perhaps misunderstood my connection with my primary Animal Spirit Guide. I also must say, that I truly focused on your words because my max volume received the words which were set at a quiet level which demanded my undivided attention! I have a hunch that others may wish to use headphones if it’s too low for them. But, I hope they try like I did, because our connection was perfect! Namaste πŸ™πŸ»
