I connected well with you in this meditation! I like your suggestion of journaling afterwards because I wish to get straight with how I have perhaps misunderstood my connection with my primary Animal Spirit Guide.

I also must say, that I truly focused on your words because my max volume received the words which were set at a quiet level which demanded my undivided attention!

I have a hunch that others may wish to use headphones if it’s too low for them. But, I hope they try like I did, because our connection was perfect!
