This meditation is designed to bring more awareness to your body and the thoughts that surround it,
Shifting away from the negative self-talk and truly recognizing your body for the loving vessel it is.
Gently close your eyes,
Slowly becoming aware of your body.
Without shame,
Without blame,
Without judgment,
Feel what it feels like to just exist in this loving vessel.
Fully experience it.
Become the silent observer.
Your body was built to support you,
To allow the opportunity to fully experience,
To live.
Your body is a loving vessel,
A host,
A safe place.
Your body is home.
Become the silent observer.
If you have any negative thoughts come up about your body,
Simply observe.
Don't resist them,
Just sit with them.
Feel them,
Experience them.
Become the silent observer.
Take a moment for yourself to think about all the ways your body supports you throughout the day.
Reflect on all the ways your body has kept you alive,
Even through the hardest times.
Reflect on the strength it carries daily.
Reflect on your body's ability to move,
To walk,
To run,
To swim,
To experience.
Your body is much more than just a frame or a flesh suit.
Become the silent observer.
Now let's look more inward.
What judgment do you hold towards your body?
Direct your awareness towards that.
Do you associate your body with self-worth,
Love,
Beauty,
Popularity?
Do you hold a belief that you are not good enough or worthy enough in the body you live in?
Have you been physically abused or bullied for your body?
Has your body ever made you feel worthless?
Become aware of the beliefs and judgment you hold towards your loving vessel.
Witness these thoughts.
Become the silent observer.
Sitting here for a moment,
Allowing yourself to feel in to any emotions or sensations or feelings that arise.
Recognizing where your relationship and connection with this loving vessel may have been damaged over the years.
And recognizing how you feel towards it right now.
Just letting yourself experience any thoughts that are coming up for you right now without judgment.
Just become the silent observer.
Take a moment to truly feel your body in this moment.
Bringing complete awareness to any sensations that are currently present.
Heaviness in the body.
Just taking a moment to experience what it's like being and living in this loving vessel.
Become the silent observer.
Take three deep breaths here.
Feeling the expansion in your belly all the way up into your chest,
Into your cells.
And letting go fully surrendering to the breath on the exhale.
Truly just witnessing your body.
Now place one hand on your heart and say these words.
Or if that doesn't feel accessible to you right now,
Just feel these words I'm about to speak in your body throughout this loving vessel.
My body is a loving vessel.
It supports me daily.
I'm coming home.
Feeling those words all the way into your heart.
Expanding throughout your entire body into your cells.
Feeling this loving energy that you just showed yourself.
As it expands beyond your body.
Take a long,
Deep inhale.
Feeling the expansion of your heart.
As your belly and chest fill with this life force energy.
And as you exhale fully surrendering.
Letting go of all the air in your lungs.
Leaving behind the shame,
Blame,
And judgment you feel towards this loving vessel.
You are the silent observer of your body.
I invite you to sit for the next few moments.
And until the music stops playing.
To take a moment for yourself and just experience your body.
Just be in your body,
Live in your body,
Feel into your body,
Into your bones,
Into your structure.
Into the way that your heart is beating.
The position that you're sitting in.
The way that your arms feel,
Your joints feel,
Your muscles feel,
Your mind feels.
Feeling into all aspects of your body,
Of your being.
And without judgment,
Without shame,
Without blame,
Without guilt.
Simply just observe.
Simply just be present in your body.
You are the silent observer of your body.
You are the silent observer of your body.
When it feels right to do so,
Place both hands together in your prayer position in front of your heart.
Sending gratitude to this loving vessel that supports you daily,
That allows you to experience life.
Rubbing your palms together,
Generating heat between your hands.
And gently placing your hands over your eyes.
Feeling the heat of your palms penetrate through your eyeballs,
Through your eyelids.
Bringing yourself fully and completely back to this room.
And if it feels accessible to you right now,
Feel free to wrap your arms around your body and give yourself a big loving hug.
Allowing yourself to come fully back to this room,
To this space.
And just feeling young about your day.
And always reminding yourself that your body is here to support you and love you and care for you.
