Finding yourself a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Feeling your body connected to the surface beneath you.

Its bones deeply and firmly planted.

Gently closing your eyes,

It feels safe to do so.

Feeling the weight of your eyelids as your eyes close.

Imagining a rod connected to your navel.

Pulling your body down,

Deeply planting itself into the earth like a seed.

With every out breath,

Feeling like the seed is expanding,

Growing its roots,

Anchoring and immersing itself into the soil,

Well fed and loved.

Feeling that magnetic pull as you let go,

Allowing your body to sink deeper and deeper.

Again with every out breath,

Imagining these roots continuing to grow.

Expanding across the cosmos and making their way to the earth's inner core.

Fully loved and supported.

As you continue to let go and begin to trust,

Recognize how the earth's loving energy reflects back to you.

Allowing yourself to fully and completely let go and feel held and supported by Mother Earth.

Notice how your entire body feels simultaneously light yet fully weighted.

The lightness coming from the safety and support of the earth that allows your mind to fully relax and the weight coming from your body deeply and completely anchored.

Feeling the weight of your head,

Your arms,

Your back,

Your legs and your entire body deeply planted,

Not trying or needing to support them,

Knowing that they are already supported.

Feeling like your entire body is sinking but deeply trusting that you will not drown because you are always and will always be supported.

When your mind starts to wander off,

Gently guide it back to this place of unconditional comfort and trust,

Connecting back to the roots that are so deeply planted and anchored into the earth.

Feeling the rush of loving,

Grounding energy flow directly through your entire body.

Nothing directly on this moment.

Nothing in the past,

Nothing in the future.

You are safe,

You are held and you are supported.

Take a deep breath my love,

In through your nose and fully letting go of the air in your lungs with an open mouth.

Again taking another deep breath,

Feeling that outward rush of energy as you fully let go.

Breathing out every remaining ounce of air in your lungs,

Trusting that no matter what you are supported.

When you open your eyes and go about your day,

Continue feeling that connection you just felt with the earth.

Knowing your roots are deeply planted and anchored with unconditional support and love.

Knowing that there is always an abundance of this loving energy surrounding you daily.

With your eyes open,

Take one last grounding breath.

Feeling anchored and held by this beautiful earth.

Breathing out every remaining ounce of air in your lungs.
