Good morning.

This is a short and sweet morning gratitude practice to start your day.

Gently coming into an upright position,

Creating length in your body.

Opening your eyes open and giving the space you are in a gentle scan.

Bringing awareness to the environment that holds you right now.

And feeling into your body with a few gentle breaths.

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Allowing space to expand from within.

Breathing in this moment,

Allowing yourself to fully arrive in your body.

Just taking some time for yourself here to just experience and simply just be in your environment,

In your body,

In your surroundings,

In your skin.

Simply just be.

Now we're going to draw our attention to three things that we are grateful for right now.

Try not to think about it.

Just be grateful for the first three things that pop into your head on this beautiful morning.

Taking a deep inhale as you hold that first thing you feel grateful for right in your heart space,

Feeling it expand in your heart,

Through your body,

Feeling so much gratitude.

And as you exhale,

Feeling that gentle release.

Now coming into that second thing that you feel grateful for right now.

Then as you inhale,

Feeling it in your heart space,

Expanding throughout your body,

Creating space within,

Feeling so much love and gratitude.

And as you exhale,

Still holding it with you,

Gently release the air in your body.

And again,

Taking another deep inhale through your nose,

This time focusing on that third thing that you feel grateful for this morning.

Holding it in your heart space,

Feeling it expand through your heart,

Through your body,

All into space,

Feeling that deep,

Deep expansion and holding it with you,

Feeling such a loving sense of gratitude.

And as you exhale,

While still holding it with you,

Gently release the air in your body,

Feeling so much love and gratitude right now and holding that tightly with you.

If you feel called to,

You're welcome to continue this practice by focusing on more things that you are grateful for,

Breathing into them and letting your body expand into them.

Otherwise you can gently come back with me into the space,

Into this room.

Together sending gratitude to ourself for simply just waking up this morning,

For simply breathing,

For being alive,

For being here.

You are here.

You woke up.

You are alive.

Hold that tightly with you.

Don't let it go.

Feeling that deep,

Deep expansion within your body.

And as your heart continues to expand,

Carry that throughout your day and days to come.

Regularly focusing on the things that you are grateful for,

Drawing attention to your heart space and always allowing yourself to expand into it,

Feel into it,

Grow into it.

Always allowing more and more love and gratitude in your body and in your life.

So gently bringing yourself back to this room and back to this space.

With a gentle gaze in your eyes,

Give your space another scan.

If you have a window nearby,

You can gaze out the window and notice the birds or the wind blowing the trees or the leaves.

And if not,

Just explore the space that you are in.

Gently bringing awareness and continuing to allow yourself to expand,

Sending you all so much love and gratitude on this beautiful day.
