This meditation is a natural sleep aid to help guide you into a deep and restful night sleep.

You can listen to this meditation anytime you are wanting to fall asleep faster and more effortlessly.

Prepare to relax fully and allow yourself to be guided to sleep.

Saying goodnight to any thoughts,

Emotions,

And feelings that are currently present so you can allow your mind and body to fully and completely relax.

Allow yourself to get comfortable in whatever position you naturally sleep in.

Make any adjustments you need to right now in order to be fully relaxed throughout this meditation as you drift off into a full night's rest.

Whether you are lying on your side or lying on your back or in any other position,

Try and keep your spine nice and straight so you can become a clear channel to receive.

Gently close your eyes,

Feeling the weight of your eyelids as both sides meet.

Letting your body and mind know you are safe to completely relax.

Feeling the weight of your body on the bed as it completely relaxes,

Sinking deep into the mattress.

Letting your body and mind rest,

Letting all your muscles and joints completely relax.

Feeling that your body is being supported fully by the surface you are laying on.

Giving yourself complete permission to let go and soundly rest for the next 8 hours,

Knowing that nothing needs to be attended to right now.

Take three deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Letting your body know it is time to fully,

Deeply and completely relax.

With every breath,

Become aware of the way the oxygen and air is flowing through your body.

Notice how your belly and chest rise as you inhale,

And how your lungs contract as you exhale.

Notice how on the in-breath,

You are creating space to receive.

And on the out-breath,

You are breathing out and letting go anything that does not currently serve you in this present moment.

Feeling this expansion that you are creating right from your core,

All the way through your entire body.

While you are gently guided to sleep,

Recognize these different components of the breath,

Bringing complete and full awareness to your body as you continue expanding consciousness,

Allowing yourself to completely relax.

Letting your breath travel through your body as it reaches every single cell in your being.

You begin feeling your body relax.

Notice how your muscles and joints feel as you ease into this complete relaxation.

Notice how your feet may naturally fall outward,

Or how your head naturally falls to one side,

Or how that just even hearing the simple word relax brings you a small sense of ease,

Comfort,

And grounding.

As it sends a message to your brain saying you are safe to relax.

And then turning inward to your mind.

Notice how your mind is slowly expanding and creating more space as you start drifting off.

With every breath,

You are creating more space for your body to fully expand right from your center.

Feeling the expansion in your core all the way through your heart,

Right into space,

Beyond Earth,

All through the planets and the galaxies.

Feeling this deep,

Deep expansion.

Slowly creating more and more space and becoming a clear and open channel.

Just like how water flows down a stream.

Even the same feeling in your mind,

But with your thoughts.

Witnessing both sides simultaneously.

The turbulent rapids and the gentle trickle of water.

The consistent flow for long periods and the unpredictable sporadic breaks.

Imagining the rapids as the heavy,

Turbulent thoughts.

And the flow of water as the longer periods of calmness.

Letting them flow through you and eventually passing by.

Allowing yourself to become a silent witness to any turbulence that might be going on in your mind.

No judgment.

Simply just experiencing.

Filling in more and more space to fully and completely let go.

And as days to come,

Starting to feel less turbulence as you try to fall asleep.

Recognizing this clear channel that you are creating for yourself.

And this balance you are finding between those turbulent thoughts that keep you up and the calmness.

If you find yourself getting caught up or thinking about what went on earlier today or the things you need to do tomorrow.

Simply remind yourself that right now is not the time.

Take a deep breath as you feel these following words in your body.

I allow myself to be guided to sleep.

Any thoughts of the past or thoughts of the future do not need my attention right now.

I allow myself to be guided to sleep.

Any thoughts of the past or thoughts of the future do not need my attention right now.

I allow myself to be guided to sleep.

Any thoughts of the past or thoughts of the future do not need my attention right now.

Take another deep breath.

Allowing these words to sink in fully.

Bringing them throughout your entire being.

Bringing yourself deeper and deeper into this relaxation.

All that matters right now is to soundly fall asleep.

Allowing these thoughts to pass is simply letting your mind and body know that it is time to say good night.

Simply imagining yourself as this clear channel.

Nothing to worry about.

Nothing to focus on.

You are simply just being.

Feeling your body,

Your thoughts,

And the sensations that you feel with complete awareness.

No judgment at all.

Being so deeply relaxed.

You find yourself fading in and out of consciousness.

Feeling brief moments of nothingness.

No thoughts.

No feelings.

Fully and completely present.

Followed by moments of resistance.

Recognizing yourself.

Drifting back into thoughts of the past or thoughts of the future.

And bringing attention to those moments.

Gently reminding yourself that all you need to do right now is to just be here.

Lessening the moments of resistance by fully and completely surrendering.

Feeling your body expand completely.

From every moment now and onward until you fall asleep completely.

Recognize this expansion within yourself.

Within your being.

The space that you're creating in your entire body all the way into your cells.

Feeling the expansion of your heart.

Beaming out from within you.

Letting you know that you can fall asleep now.

Good night mind.

Good night body.

Good night world.

You are safe to fall asleep.
