The Great Mother - A Meditation For Peace

This meditation is a recording of a meditative session I offered my online community whilst on sabbatical in Southern France during October 2023. It offers you the opportunity to connect to a field of compassion, supported by the energy of the Queen of Peace, The Mother God - much needed during these times of war on our planet.

I wanted to just record a small meditation given what we are all experiencing in the world at the moment and yeah given the fact that many are feeling helpless and hopeless in some way and yet the changes that I'm feeling on the ethereal level are intense and very huge and it's one part of my work that isn't really understandable by most people since I also sit with my heart wide open crying for all the killings and the children of course lost in devastating situations and in the wars that are going on in our land on our land on our planet at this point in time but I was shown that the area the holy land Israel Gaza Strip the land around Jerusalem is acting as a huge sinkhole pulling into it the very depths of humans depravity and all of the souls of the children are being sucked into the bottom of that but each one was I won't say hooking into they were connecting a light as if you might take you know this beautiful thread and have to swim golden rope to the very bottom of the ocean and connect it in so that the structure can be put into place and then immediately once they had done that there was this huge vacuum or portal of light that was just swiftly sucking them right up to the highest level in these spiritual kingdoms so these innocent souls that are being taken by a very violent death are doing intense work on the planet to both enable and support the evolution that is in its most intense phase and those of you who might have listened to my talk a couple of weeks ago where I spoke of the two to three years of darkness is that we are in that phase and so the challenge is that now more than ever you are being asked to recognize yourself as an energetic being of intense spiritual power and that your moment to moment hour to hour day to day choices in terms of where your thoughts go what the thoughts are what you hold in your heart are deeply deeply important so I've had many messages I filled many pages over the last 10 days I've been here although it feels a bit like forever around the concept of the great mother God being a female presence who wishes for all her children to be free and abundant in all ways and that omnipresent force of nurturing of connection of all-encompassing and surrounding love wisdom power whatever you want to call it is present and human emotions are very much human emotions they are a creation of us and our existence on earth and whilst I'm not trying to deny them we not only asked to consider our thoughts at this point in time but also our emotions since it is very clear to me in my sight that the one thing that closes your spiritual valve your heart very very quickly is hatred and so the powers that are against the light are trying their best to rapidly spread the fire of hatred across our planet so I ask of you at this time maybe you can't sit in peace maybe you are angry maybe even some violence finds itself into your heart at the thought of having your own family harmed in that way and trust me I'm a Leo right and my children are scattered across the globe so I'm feeling into that but at the same time to be conscious co-creators and know that revenge hatred even anger when inflicted on others has never really done anyone any good so we're asked to each work in our own way to dispel that I know that I'm saying this spell right because we are under a spell of sorts and we need to recognize the spell of darkness as it weaves its way into our minds hearts and and field and to really sit and contemplate the presence of the great mother so I feel I'm just going to take you just through a very short meditation and you can feel into how it assists you if it assists you and just to know that we are surrounded by intense support from this light-filled spiritual realms even if it doesn't feel like it and it's a terrible cliche and probably old by now but it really is a case of as the light returns the shadows and darkness show themselves evermore so as always my beautiful white rose family starburst community I ask that you step into your heart by taking a few long deep breaths bringing your inhalation and exhalation to the same duration and as you drop deeper into the heart to see if you can quieten the mind by visualizing yourself in a field of white this white field descends on you like a dove above your head as the queen of peace envelops you in the neutrality of compassion for self and compassion for others compassion for all life on earth no matter what choices have been made and as you breathe in this white peace into the very center of your heart I want you to breathe out a color that you feel is appropriate for yourself right now maybe you use the exhalation to expel or dispel energy that you have within you breathing in the white energy of peace and breathing out that which you need to be cleared from your field perhaps you receive other images maybe something circling around your head maybe there's something blocking your heart restricting your heart just feel into whether there are any circulating thoughts that you wish to dispel from your mind and then any other senses in your heart field which you feel the need to dissolve and holding your heart continually open with your breathing and as we breathe into this we just hold a prayer in our heart beloved holy presence great mother in cosmic sovereign law I am your compassionate witness I pray with all of my heart that you bless and protect those who are in war zones that for those that have passed you free them of their earthly burdens and enable them to move very quickly to the light I ask that all heavy states I hold within me all negative and ruminating thoughts all restrictions that I hold in my heart are now dispelled and dissolved through the lights and love of your presence and maybe you can just ask for yourself hold me in your arms great mother as I struggle to find my way through these difficult times bring me into your sacred heart presence knowing that I will find peace there and help me to become a conduit of peace in whatever way it speaks to me so that I as a conduit of your cosmic force bring that which the world needs to bear I ask and pray that I might continue to expand my heart even when it is difficult to open up to my higher mind and the wisdom of my spiritual guides my soul and the wisdom of you great mother who understands the birthing of universes who understands the natural laws of the cosmos who can help me bring everything into balance within my heart and my field and with those around me I ask for the light to return to earth and that those whose hearts are closed with hatred may open even just a little to allow your light and love in so they may see the suffering and their hearts may lead them to end the suffering and so it is and now placing your hand on your heart with your eyes closed just in the next few minutes of quiet perhaps say your own prayer send gratitude to that that you have available to you in your life send blessings to those who you feel require your blessings I know that you are a channel and conduit of love and peace and hope and so taking a few deep breaths just come back into the awareness of where you are in your physical space know that in the ethereal field I'm giving you each a huge and open-hearted hug and I thank you for your continued presence in my circle of light and I feel you all very strongly during this time if you feel you need to reach out for any support please just let me know and I'll hold you in my prayers as I walk these lands of the Cathars and I look forward to sharing some very interesting and magical insights and connections that I have had over the past few days sending you all so much love from my heart to yours and please
