Hello this is Lila with another meditation focusing on you just getting in touch with your energy field and your light body.

I thought today we would do a gentle scan of your field.

It is a technique where you can become in touch with what is happening in your light body and your subtle body energy layers.

It's very simple visualization is a very powerful tool which enables you to really begin to use the higher mind the imaginary mind to just tune in and get a feel for what is happening as well as clear your field.

I think that is the thing that most people don't understand is that they have power over their field they have the ability to clear it and enable a sense of just being lighter.

So as with all my meditations if you're not in a quiet space just find yourself one make sure you're not going to be disturbed,

Put your phone on airplane mode,

Download this meditation to listen at a time when you can be more quiet and begin by taking a few long deep breaths.

I like to work with the concept of coherent breathing where you attempt to bring your inhalation and exhalation to the same duration.

So to start with if you haven't used this type of breathing before you could do a count.

So breathing in 1,

2,

3,

4,

Breathing out 4,

3,

2,

1 and just continuing to bring your breath to a more gentle way of being a more focused breathing and bringing your attention to the energy center of your heart.

You can place your hand on your heart to just help you be more in touch with that space.

For me the energy field of the heart is the central place of our light body or energy body which holds our physical.

It is the seeding point of our consciousness.

It is the place at which all wisdom resides and all healing potential and connection with others.

So as you're gently breathing acknowledge the breath as the highway along which your soul or life force travels and bringing all of your attention into your heart center.

Perhaps you can begin to imagine that you're breathing in and out of that place.

Just gently,

Nothing forced,

Coming into quiet contact with your inner being and then what we're going to do is just begin to tap into the imaginary mind and I want you to with your eyes closed focus on a point at the back of your neck.

See if you can bring your attention to the very top of your spinal cord and then imagining that the spinal cord is a golden rod that moving from the top through each vertebrae all the way down to your tailbone and then extending your spinal cord as a golden rod down into the ground as far as you can go.

Perhaps as you deepen the connection to the heart of Mother Earth,

Just see if you can deepen it.

Perhaps you connect in like the root system of a tree,

Golden network into a deeper sense of the earth or onto a crystal or rock just so that you feel connected enough.

It might also be just an energetic network.

You may receive other visuals but just ask that you connect as deep as you can into the heart of Mother Earth and then slowly bringing that vital energy up through your energetic root system into your spinal cord and then radiating out through every nervous energetic tendril that makes up your nervous system within your physical body and just feeling a sense of calm moving throughout your nervous system and coming back to your heart as the central point of life within your physical body and the central point of your spiritual being.

And then we now imagine a golden orb in the center of your heart,

Your chest which you now visually imagine expanding like this golden brilliant Sun to the front,

To the back of you,

To the left and right,

Above and below and looking up at the sky connecting with an image of the Sun or a Sun and really just extending your connection remembering that you are one with all of nature,

That you are one with the cosmos,

Continuing to breathe in a slow gentle manner and so while you're in this space I want you to imagine in front of you a shining mirror and that mirror is going to reflect to you anything else in your field that is not in alignment with your sense of harmony,

Your sense of peace.

You may see someone in that mirror standing next to you,

You may see a dark or gray patch or you may see something else shown to you,

A rock or a pebble,

Anything that looks as if it is not in alignment with the gentle flow of a moving river.

And once you've found something that you feel is a little bit of stuckness or heaviness or someone's too close in your energy field,

Then using your breath just gently connect into them and ask them to move out of the way,

Seated in your heart center focusing on that golden orb and just sit quietly until they have moved.

If there's anything else you feel you need to lift out of your field imagine that you are using your hands,

You can even do it while you're meditating and just lift that up and gently offer it to the earth and see it drop into the earth's field and dissolve and be transformed into something positive.

The earth has a very transformative power,

She is here to help us heal.

And perhaps it's just something that's going to fall off you into the ground,

It doesn't have to be forced,

Just using your imagination and feeling into what is just dropping off you.

And as that heaviness drops off you and you allow it just to melt into the ground,

You begin to feel lighter,

You begin to feel more connected with both the heart of the mother and source energy as the vitality in your body returns and there's a sense of lightness in your field.

At this point you can sit for a longer period just to tune in again and use the technique of lifting up allowing it to drop into the earth.

You can work with your physical body,

You can work with your emotional body,

Any layer of energy that is around you,

You can work with this imagery to just lift up and release.

Gently moving towards a lighter sense of being,

A greater sense of clarity and bring your attention back into your heart,

Bring your attention down from above your head into your physical body,

Remembering where you are sitting,

What your physical surrounds are,

Feeling the weight of your body on the chair or the bed or the ground and knowing that healing took place today and that perhaps if you were shown something that you could not move or felt heavier,

Then connect with a healer you know or connect with me.

This beautiful light body,
