Meditation To Offer Healing To Mother Earth

We are at a crucial point in our collective evolution and much is breaking down and collapsing. Many people do not realize that they have an important role to play in supporting Mother Earth at this point in time. Your energy and vibration do count. In this meditation I walk you through a series of visuals that assist in connecting you to the Heart of Mother Earth, offering her healing and support.

Hello beautiful souls, My name is Laila and I'm a healer and I work in Cape Town, South Africa. My meditations are always offered for your highest good and healing, No matter what it is that we're focusing on. And as always we work with a coherent breath, Just to deepen your connection into your heart center, Which is the seat of your soul, Which is the place that we're being asked to return to. In this particular meditation, I am going to help you just center in this place of the heart, Whilst there is chaos which surrounds you. And let's face it, There are many people who on a daily basis face chaos or busyness or turbulence. And in fact the collective energy is breaking down at the moment, Causing a lot more energetic disturbance. And we are seeing this as planet Earth rises up and shakes things around a bit. So the true center of the universe is your heart field. This is your sun, It controls, Maintains and keeps integrity in your energetic field and in your light body. So we start the meditation with just settling yourself down, Making yourself comfortable. And just taking a few long deep breaths to recognize what intention you hold for this meditation today. We aim to bring the inhalation and exhalation to the same duration, Either to the count of four, To the count of five. Really creating an even breathing tempo and also bringing your attention to the center of your chest, Which you can do by putting your hand on your chest, Just to really help focus that attention. And as you feel this connection deepening into the breath, I just want you to feel or visualize if there is any tension in areas of your physical body. And if there are, Just send your breath to these places. Your breath is the highway along which your spirit moves. So we can imagine it a bit like a golden stream or river. So on every inhalation, We're bringing in new oxygenated air. And on every exhalation, We're removing any stress, Any tension and just clearing out our field. You might want to concentrate your attention at the top of your head and just feel this golden stream of energy, Healing energy, Just gently warming up and trickling over the top of your head, Moving down your neck, Over your shoulders, As if a golden waterfall was just coming down from the sky to clear you and help you feel more relaxed. So moving into the breath again and centering in the heart, We're going to tap into your imaginary mind. And I want you to visualize something that makes you happy, Something that is joyful or playful. It might be a place, A sacred space. It might just be a space in your garden. It might be spending time with a special friend or person. And just feel that emotion of happiness or comfort, Contentment, Just filling your heart up as you continue to breathe coherently, Deepening into a more relaxed state. And as we begin to work with a coherent field, I want us to connect into the heart of Mother Earth. So we do that by moving down the vertebrae. If you imagine a golden cord, That is your spinal cord. Visualizing from the base of your skull through each vertebrae, Moving that golden cord down through your body as the central axis of your energy field and deepening it into Mother Earth, Going through all the layers and see if you can connect deeply into her energetic heart. You might see this as a crystal. It might be an open body of water. It might be a womb-like experience where you are curled up, Tucked in, But where you feel safe. And in this quiet space of the heart of Mother Earth, Perhaps you can hear her heart beating, Feeling into the rhythm of the planet which birthed us, Feeling that warm nurturing energy holding you and embodying you. And while you're in this place, Perhaps you can ask the Great Mother, Is there anything you need from me? Since the Earth now needs our frequency, She needs our hearts to be in coherence with hers. Perhaps she's asking you to pour love from your heart to her, Which you can just see as a pink or golden light. Just gently moving from your heart field down into her space, Offering her gratitude and thanks for all that she offers us. And since your body and energy field is the channel through which divine source energy flows, You can enhance this love for Mother Earth by looking up into the sky and connecting in with the sun or the sun beyond the sun and just feeling that golden flow come through the area above your head, Through and around your field and just offer it to the Mother. We are beings of frequency, Beings of energy, And we can assist Earth at this time with her healing to bring her peace. And dropping into the center like this creates a calmness around you, Allows you to feel into the intimate peace and stability that Mother Gaia holds in her core, Of which you are a part. And as you bring your attention back to your heart and your breathing, Thank the Mother for all the gifts and insights she may have given you. While you're in the space, You can ask your spiritual guides if they have a gift for you. They may hand you a crystal, A rock, A book, Some words. Just receive whatever is offered to you in this space as insights from your soul and the wisdom of your spiritual support team. And feeling into that deep peace within your heart, Bring your attention to that spinal cord, That golden cord that is the center of your energy field. And imagine that golden cord and all the golden networks of your nervous system running through your body and beyond your body, Which are now calmed and have felt a level of harmony and peace. And know this is your true nature, To be at peace, To be connected to the Earth and to the sun and stars above. And as we finish off this meditation, Just bring your awareness back to your physical body, Still with your eyes closed. Remember the space you are in now, Whether you're sitting on the ground or on a chair, And start feeling the sensations by moving your toes, Your fingers, Maybe stretching out your neck. And just coming back to a full physical presence where you find yourself. I thank you for listening to this meditation.
