Meditation For Grounding The Seed Of The Heart

This meditation helps to ground into The New Earth crystalline template by using the seed of consciousness held within the Heart centre. The old ways of grounding from the root chakra are no longer application to the multidimensional energetic template we are now being asked to activate into. I use visual imagery to assist with the seeding of the Heart field. All of my meditations are offered for your highest good and healing and all hold the original energetic integrity & integrity.
