We all know that there are hugely tumultuous,
Stormy waters of change and chaos out there.
And as always,
When it is an environment of such strong,
Powerful energy,
We are called to come back to the center.
Having said that,
There are also powerful transformational energies at hand.
And today,
When I was up early and just meditating in terms of what I wanted to share,
What I was asked to share for the healing meditation,
Because it will be a healing today,
Was very much working with the love fire of the heart.
Because we're getting more familiar with what love as a spiritual fire actually feels like in the middle of our being.
And this time of great transformation is calling us to work with that fire to assist us with purging and clearing,
So that we can bring in the energy of our soul.
And we can become more true in who we are as individual energetic beings.
Because that's the point,
Right?
Is that yes,
We are all connected to a higher way of being and to each other.
But we also have that uniqueness that really calls us to service,
Calls us to our mission,
Whatever our mission is,
Even if it's just to smile at people all day long,
That we've been called to really move everything out of the way.
So today,
I'm going to be working with that spiritual fire.
I'm not going to call a circle because it is individual work today.
And individual work in your own circle in your own energetic relationships that you have.
And then I am going to finish off with a song that came to me this morning,
Randomly.
But it is one of my favorite,
Most favorite love songs.
Because this is about developing a new sense of self love.
This is about a new sense of honoring self above all else.
And not in a selfish way that some people seem to portray it,
But more in that a truly deeply intimate connection with your true nature,
With your true being,
Whilst holding compassion for all those who may see you in a different light,
May believe you to be something different.
So it is honoring self and becoming more intimately aware of who you truly are,
And really being grateful for that,
Holding it with grace.
And yeah,
I think that's,
That's the essence of what this healing is going to,
To offer us today.
So and yeah,
Just briefly,
What I shared with two persons originally is,
The heart field is stronger electromagnetically than the mind field,
Mind field.
You see,
A play on words there for my guys quite funny,
Because it is a mind,
Mind field out there in the mental realms.
So drop into your heart with your coherent breathing and your attention as many times during the day as possible,
Because the forces out there are quite magnetic.
So building the strength electromagnetically in your heart field is going to help you stay more present,
And more anchored in your field and more centered.
So that's an important point I wanted to raise.
Apart from that,
I think we should step into the meditation.
So I'm just going to turn my camera off.
And if you can mute yourselves if you haven't muted already.
So as always,
Let's begin by connecting into the heart field.
You can begin by putting your hand on your heart,
And just dropping into a rate of breathing,
Where your inhalation and your exhalation is of the same duration.
And just really releasing with a sigh if you need to,
Or bring in greater air in your inhalation,
Just to help you move into a regular breathing rate.
And as you do that,
Feel into the energy or the sense of love,
Whether it's love for a place you enjoy being at,
Whether it's sitting under a tree in your garden,
I want you to find a place,
Not necessarily where you're around people,
Perhaps on your own,
But where you feel more comfortable,
Where you feel more safe.
And just hold that vision,
As you deepen your connection to the heart field,
By bringing your awareness into a deeper and deeper place in the center of your heart and in the center of your field.
We're going to work with the energy of the sacred love fire,
The sacred heart,
The spiritual fire.
So see if you can tune into an image of that fire burning within you.
That fire is connected to the highest,
Highest source of love of creative force of life force.
And bringing your soul in as a just feel that air coming in just to lift that fire a little bit more.
You can tune into the color of the fire.
This is also your passion for life,
Your passion for your own life,
The desire to become all that you are meant to be.
It can be fierce,
It can be gentle.
But in this fire season now that we're moving through,
With the Scorpio lunar eclipse,
We're going to use this divine fire to burn away all that no longer serves us in a deeply compassionate manner.
So I want you to imagine you are the campfire around which those people who may have hurt you,
Who may have left negative imprints in your field,
Who may have said negative things,
Get to come and just sit around for a while.
And maybe one or two come in.
Maybe more.
But just see them around you in a very gentle way.
In a way that you know,
On a cold night,
You might be that fire that warms people's hearts or bodies.
Just holding that fire in mind.
And one by one,
Tune into each person and ask,
What is it of you that I need to let go of?
And you may hear some words,
You may be reminded of an action that might have hurt you or made you sad.
Just see that as all being burnt away,
Disappearing up into the heavens,
As sparks of light to be released,
Offering that person more light if they need it,
And asking them to move when the clearing has been done.
If your fire dims a little as you're doing this,
Bringing the spirit of your soul,
The air of spirit,
And just fan those flames of love for self.
This is your life force.
And as always,
Like a campfire would just stay in place in the center,
Just keep coming back to center if you feel yourself moving away by using your breath.
And if a person does a full circle and comes back in front of you again,
Just ask them again or ask yourself,
What is it that I need to release and clear here?
Holding that strong fire,
That flaming heart with passion for self,
With love for self.
And as you clear and purge,
You may become more energized.
You may feel taller or more expanded.
You may suddenly feel joyous and happy,
A smile on your face knowing that you are coming closer to feeling into your true self,
True self of who you are,
And knowing too that nothing needs to be forced at this point.
That brush fire of change is happening.
And maybe you want to just say a few words to help you allow the process.
Perhaps you just want to say to somebody,
I forgive you and let you go.
Perhaps you want to say,
I see your light and I trust you will find that for yourself.
I release and let go of all that no longer serves me.
I trust my soul to guide the way.
I honor all beings that I have met and yet to meet,
For I know all of them are purposeful in me coming closer to my true self.
I surrender to the wisdom of my soul.
I receive guidance from my team in spirit.
And I trust that I am exactly where I am meant to be.
And I was seeing yourself sitting around that fire,
That light from spirits.
Perhaps it's a raging bonfire and you find yourself sitting in circle with all those that have been part of your path,
Honoring each one's journey,
Warming yourself by the fire and releasing without judgment.
We are all walking a path and we all have our lessons.
And for the most part,
We are all doing the best we can.
Coming back into the center of your heart and standing up and walking away from the circle to find that quiet,
Loving place that we started this meditation with.
This is your sacred space.
It's your quiet space.
It's your loving space.
Send gratitude for the healing that has taken place and really feel into that heart smile,
That gratitude for being exactly who you are.
For you know you would not want to be anybody else.
Holding joy in your heart for being who you are and feeling into a new way of loving self that perhaps you've never felt before.
