This meditation formed part of a series of meditations which I offered to people attending my New Human Course. I was guided to share this at a time where many are not able to feel into the state of being Present. Much is changing around us and we don't always have the power to change external influences and circumstances yet we do have the power to change the very nature of our own field. Hello beautiful people,

This is the recording for the meditation for the session on presence for our course The New Human.

I would like to state that the visuals that were presented to me for this particular meditation were quite clear and what I would like you to do is feel into the response,

The energetic response you have while listening to the meditation and again as always just tune into whatever visuals come to you in terms of stepping into that presence,

Stepping into that space,

Stepping into the centre of your heart and opening up to the guidance it brings.

So as always we step into a state of coherent breathing so I hope you're all in a gentle space,

Turn everything off,

Light a candle if you need to and just step into a way of breathing where your inhalation and exhalation is of the same duration to the count of 4 or to the count of 5,

Whatever is comfortable without forcing it.

This breathing brings with it a sense of calm,

A sense of connection and in stepping into a space we honour our own healing,

Our own connection and open up to the sacred wisdom that is available to us and centring into your heart,

You can put your hand on your heart if you need to and perhaps visualise you are breathing in and out of this space.

Building within your visuals someone you love,

Something you love,

A place you love being,

It holds an emotion of love and gentleness and calm and as you hold the visual just experiencing that sense of happiness that comes with that,

So the warmth of love.

And as we step into a space of presence I want you to imagine the very centre of your being,

That you are lying on an open field,

Lying on green green grass,

Perhaps you can smell the grass,

Hear the wind or the gentle breeze coming through the trees,

Feeling the weight of your body lying on Mother Earth,

Perhaps you can reach out with your arms out wide and really feel the grass underneath your fingers,

Smell the earth,

Perhaps your eyes are closed,

Perhaps as you lie there you look up at the sky with the sunlight peeping in and out of the clouds,

Perhaps you begin to look at the clouds as they change shape above you and at that point in time you feel completely calm,

Completely aware of each noise and changing smell,

Changing texture as you explore this inner state of just lying on the warm grass staring up at the sky.

You see the sunlight filtering through the leaves on the trees or the grass and you find yourself in awe of the quiet presence of nature,

How she surrounds you,

Holds you and how your body is deeply connected to her beauty and as you lie there looking down at your fingers and toes you realise the complete miracle that is your physical body,

The physical body through which you experience life and as you sit up in the field you realise that light coming through you enables you to see,

To observe,

To realise you are a part of everything around you and that all that matters is that you are here,

Now,

Present.

As the sun shines down on you,

The warmth on your physical body reminds you of your presence,

Of the awareness you hold in this moment and resting on the grass you give thanks for this moment and you say to yourself all of me is here now,

My body,

My mind,

My heart,

All of me is centred here now,

Present in this heart space holding my field with conscious awareness of every movement and change that happens around me as I hold within me the now moment,

The choice point from which my next moment is created,

My now moment creates my next moment,

I am present and here now.

You can hold this space for as long as you need to by just pressing pause but for now just coming back to a gentle awareness of your physical surroundings,

To the weight of your body on the chair or on the floor,

On your bed and realising with the deepest gratitude that you are the centre point of your own life from which all else is created,
