Rainbow Light Healing Meditation

This visually guided meditation, that was offered to my online community, will assist you to connect to your innate healing abilities and also to connect with others to provide healing to the world and the people who are suffering.

Okay,

So I just would like you to hold within your space your sense of who and what God is as that highest point of light,

As that giver of life force and really feeling into the concept of you yourself being an animation of that or a vessel of that.

Because often as humans we can see ourselves as not worthy enough,

Right?

We're filled with fear and shame and all of these self-berating negative thoughts and any other things that are going on.

That tends to separate us.

So for today,

I want you to try and feel into the sense that when you,

And walking through today,

Is that when you touch yourself or when you offer yourself something to drink or eat,

Imagine that you are offering God that.

Imagine if you were bathing or showering the mother or the gift from the mother,

Because then we can use that imaginary capacity to really connect with the divine within us without too much overthinking.

So I'm going to be working with visuals today that I was offered by my team that will hopefully help you to connect with that.

Yes,

That's kind of all I want to say in terms of the context of the meditation.

For those of you who haven't worked with me before,

I use visual prompts that really just guide you.

You don't have to force yourself to see those,

You will receive your own prompts.

So just go with whatever comes in.

Right,

I think we need to start.

So you're all settled or in bed or comfortable,

I hope and warm and quiet,

Hopefully.

So I'm going to switch my camera off so I can concentrate more.

Right,

So we begin by taking three long,

Deep breaths.

Just breathing slowly in and breathing out.

If you can manage to the count of four,

So that your inhalation would be to the count of four,

And then your exhalation to the count of four,

With no break or stop in between.

And if you feel you need to take a deeper inhalation or a sigh,

Just please do that.

It's just your body's way of letting go of any tension.

And today we work as a group.

So firstly,

With your breath,

Bring your attention to your heart center.

You can place your hand on your chest,

If it helps you come towards that point.

And just begin by using your imagination to visualize that heart within your chest,

Constantly beating,

Constantly clearing your blood,

Constantly giving blood to all parts of your body,

To all organs,

To the bones,

To your brain,

To the very,

Very tips of your feet.

Just connecting in with a sense of what that beautiful organ does for you,

Without you thinking too much about it.

And give gratitude,

Say thank you to your heart.

And then as we connect to that aspect of your chest,

We now also connect to the energetic or spiritual heart.

You can imagine a light emanating from that place.

I use gold.

So as if there's a gold ball of light deep within your chest,

It can surround your physical heart,

It can be in a different place.

But just start feeling into the visual space,

Of that golden light.

And as you breathe out,

It begins to form a circle around your physical body,

But like a hula hoop.

Just feeling the presence of that energy on the outside and around your physical body,

Taking that golden light and the circle up to a point above your head,

And to a point below your feet.

So you're in a kind of oval shaped field of light.

And just breathe into that,

Feel that gentle presence around you.

And then we're going to come back to the center of your chest and acknowledge your spinal column,

Which is the rod of power,

The center of your energetic field.

And we just connect into the top of your vertebrae at the back of your neck.

Imagine that golden cord and we move downwards vertebrae by vertebrae along that golden line,

Until you reach your tailbone.

And then we start extending that down into the earth to really connect in and hold yourself stable while we work.

Using your breath to follow that golden cord all the way down,

Rooting into the deepest layers of mother earth.

You might find something to root in,

You might see a crystal,

Just ensure you are connected to something and feel that stability within you.

And then bringing your attention along that cord all the way up,

And this time we go above the head and just take your attention to what you can reach as the highest point of light.

You might see yourself looking up sky to star or in the daylight looking at the sun.

Just take your attention to the highest point of light,

Source,

God,

The creative force,

The golden,

Great golden sun,

Whatever resonates with you.

And then come back down into your heart again,

In this field of connection,

In the six directions,

Taking your awareness in front of your heart,

Behind your heart,

To the left and right of your heart,

And then above and below you.

Creating a diamond light,

Like field of light.

And at this point,

We walk towards each other in a circle.

You don't need to know what the person looks like,

You just feel their presence.

And in the center of our circle is this incredible diamond light prism.

The light itself extends up,

Up,

Up into the sky and down,

Down,

Down into the earth.

And you feel a pulsating,

Radiating light,

And we gather around that point.

And from your heart center,

Just sending a golden stream to your left and right,

So we form this golden circle around the central point of healing energy.

And as we acknowledge everyone in the group,

One by one,

You stand up and you walk towards the center and dip your hand into the rainbow,

Into the rainbow light that is present.

And come back and sit down.

Now I want you to imagine that from your fingertip or your hand is this beautiful rainbow light.

And you will take that fingertip or hand to any place of your body that feels uncomfortable.

You might use your hand with a rainbow light to just shoo away any thoughts in your head.

Just bringing a gentle calmness to all your being.

Knowing that that light,

If you look down,

Is also radiating from the prism of your diamond heart.

A rainbow light,

You may feel drawn to a particular color of the rainbow.

And just ask yourself,

Where do I need to place this color?

Do I need to breathe it in?

Do I need to drop it into my belly?

Do I need to stand underneath the rainbow?

Just accept whatever is offered to you.

And as you begin to feel calmer and more relaxed,

We use the golden circle to call in people that may need healing from us.

So from your heart,

Call in those.

They may be your friends or family.

They may be extended friends or family who you know are struggling.

And you see them standing before us in our circle between us and the rainbow light healing prism in the center.

And without reaching out to them,

Drop into your heart and imagine that golden ball or rainbow light just extending towards them.

You're just beaming out as if you yourself were this prism.

Holding them,

Covering them,

Surrounding them in healing light.

And just saying quietly the words,

May you be happy.

May you be free from suffering.

May you be filled with life.

And then when we feel they have received enough,

They walk out of the circle.

So it's just us again.

And together,

We imagine a beautiful rainbow covering our circle.

This rainbow,

We now extend out and imagine it covering our family.

Covering our extended family,

Our friends.

All the while,

Feeling into your heart,

May all beings be happy.

Feel into the joy you feel when you see a rainbow as the sun comes in after a storm.

And now we gently imagine those parts of the world that are suffering right now.

Whatever comes to your mind,

Imagine that whole area covered by the most magnificent rainbow you can imagine.

See every person looking up at this beautiful rainbow,

Offering them hope,

Reminding them of their inner light.

And of the light that is offered by the Great Mother God.

And then perhaps you can imagine that rainbow completing a full circle around our entire planet.

Holding that space in between the calm and the storm.

Holding the space in between the dark and the light,

The heavy clouds and the filtering sunlight.

And we're reminded of the potential that hope always brings.

And then coming back to yourself sitting around the circle.

Just again,

Bring that rainbow into the center of your chest and surround yourself with it.

Knowing that there was healing that took place today.

And as you gently acknowledge to the left and right of you,

Pulling those golden threads back towards your chest,

You walk away to a quiet place of your own.

And you find an angel sitting underneath the tree,

Or wherever you find the angel.

And you sit down next to her and she unfolds her golden wings and wraps you in them.

And she whispers in your ear,

You are always protected.

And as you sit in space,

Ask her if she has something to give you or something to share with you.

And know that whatever image has come to you,

This is your own guardian angel.

She walks amongst us for each one of us at this point in time during our transformation.

She is the Magdala or Magdalene.

And she is always close by for you to call on.

And just whisper a prayer in your heart,

Help me to become that holy grail.

Help me to become the vessel of light.

That as I walk,

My presence is an act of offering to others as I hold and carry this light.

That I understand I'm filled with this.

And I treat it with respect,

Humility and deep,

Deep gratitude.
