This guided meditation will help your child release their anxiety and stress about school. We begin with a short, relaxing breathing practice to calm their energy. Then we have them identify the emotions they are experiencing and envision breathing those feelings out, and replacing them with a new, positive emotion. We finish the meditation with a visualization where they get to experience their best day at school, which will train their brain that to remember what is possible.
