They're simply passing by.
You are not your emotions.
They're just sharing information with you.
You are not your experiences.
They're what you've moved through.
What do you need to release?
What patterns are you repeating?
What limiting beliefs are you internalizing?
What attachments no longer serve you?
It's time to let them all go.
Begin with your breath.
Take a deep inhale through your nose.
Hold it.
Sigh everything out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your nose again for a count of four.
Hold it.
Breathe out your nose for a count of six.
One more time.
Breathe in your nose for a count of four.
Hold it.
Breathe out your nose for a count of six.
What do you need to release?
What conditioning has been imposed on you?
What emotional wounds are you harboring?
What stories are you holding on to?
It's time to let them all go.
Imagine gathering up everything that no longer serves you from your body,
Your mind,
Your soul,
From your past,
Your present,
Your conscious mind,
Your subconscious mind.
Now envision a pillar of pure white light shining down on you.
You feel its warmth as it surrounds your body and your energetic field in a gentle hug.
Breathe in this radiant white light.
Breathe out everything that no longer serves you.
Breathe in this pure white light.
Breathe out all you wish to release.
And as you begin to let go,
This loving white light dissolves anything that is not in your best and highest good.
It swirls in and around you,
Cleansing and clearing,
Filling in any areas that need healing or strength.
This light continues to dissolve the patterns,
The beliefs,
The attachments that you're releasing.
It dissolves the conditioning,
The wounds,
The stories you're no longer willing to hold on to.
Breathe in this radiant white light.
Breathe out everything that no longer serves you.
Breathe in this pure white light.
Breathe out all that you wish to release.
