Welcome to the meditation practice that calls your energy back to you.
We all need this,
Because we give our energy away all day long,
Not even realizing it,
To people,
Situations,
Thoughts,
Experiences.
Many of us spend our time in a state of multitasking,
Worrying,
Ruminating,
And our energy is just scattered all about.
I invite you now to restore all of your energy back to you,
In its entirety.
Take a moment to settle into your body,
Finding a comfortable seat,
And we'll begin with our breath.
Take a deep inhale through your nose.
Exhale everything through your mouth.
Now seal your lips.
Take a deep inhale through your nose for a count of four.
Exhale through your nose for a count of six.
One more time,
Take a deep inhale through your nose for a count of four.
Exhale through your nose for a count of six.
Now with your feet firmly planted on the ground,
Envision growing roots into the earth.
These roots grow deeper and deeper through the soft soil,
Farther and farther into the rock,
Through water,
Until they connect with the glowing core of the earth.
And as your roots connect with the core,
You feel grounded.
You feel stable.
You know that you are lovingly supported by Mother Earth.
Now briefly allow your awareness to shift.
Shift to where your energy has been dispersed lately.
Just gently notice where your energy has been going,
But don't attach to it.
Just notice.
It could be with a person or a group,
Maybe your children or your family.
It could be with your job or a certain experience,
Or perhaps your energy has just been scattered about in your thoughts,
In your day-to-day,
In all of your interactions.
Maybe you aren't sure where most of your energy has been lately,
And that is perfectly okay too.
Just gently notice whatever comes to mind for a moment when you ask yourself where your energy has been going.
Now envision a glowing gold ball hovering just above your head like your own personal sun.
This luminous golden ball acts as a magnet to call all of your energy back to you.
And as this sphere begins the process,
Repeat after me either in your mind or out loud,
I call back all of my energy to me now,
From every person,
Place,
Experience,
Or thing that has taken it without my consent.
I call back all of my energy past,
Present,
Future.
All timelines,
Planes,
And levels of consciousness.
I call back all of my power to me now to be integrated within.
I am restored.
I am whole.
I am complete.
Your scattered energy flows in now from all directions.
This golden ball above your head grows larger and brighter.
And as all of your energy is being called back to your own personal sphere,
This loving ball purifies all of your retrieved energy.
Every last drop of your scattered energy is collected,
Cleansed,
And revitalized.
See and feel now as this golden sphere begins pouring your energy back to you,
Flowing through your crown like liquid light.
Feel your energy swirling down through your head,
Traveling down your throat,
Landing in your heart space,
Continuing on down your arms and down your torso,
Through your legs,
All the way down to your toes.
Every cell of your body soaks in your beautiful energy.
And as it does,
Your golden ball pours more light around your body.
Your aura is being cleansed and energized,
Leaving it brighter and stronger.
Anything that hasn't been serving your highest good flows smoothly and easily out the roots that you've connected with the earth.
You are glowing,
Luminous and radiant.
You are restored,
You are whole,
And you are complete.
It has been an honor to guide you in this process and know that you can come back to this anytime you need to call your energy back to you.
