Begin in a comfortable seat,
Sitting upright with your back firmly supported and your feet touching the ground.
Begin with your breath.
Take a deep inhale through your nose.
Hold it.
Sigh everything out through your mouth.
Now seal your lips.
Take a deep inhale through your nose for a count of four.
Hold it.
Exhale for a count of six.
Again.
Take a deep inhale through your nose for a count of four.
Hold it.
Exhale through your nose for a count of six.
One more time.
Take a deep inhale through your nose for a count of four.
Hold it.
Exhale through your nose for a count of six.
Focus on your heart space for a minute.
Find the love,
The joy,
The gratitude that it holds.
Think of one thing that you're grateful for right now.
This will help you get into a higher vibrational state more easily.
Now imagine sending that energy down from your heart,
Down your spine,
Through your legs,
And out through the bottom of your feet,
Deep into the earth.
You can imagine growing roots or sending your energy as a cord going deeper and deeper into the earth,
Further and further,
Until you anchor and connect with the core of the earth.
You feel supported and stable.
You feel this deep connection with the earth,
Releasing anything that isn't serving you right now.
Let it go down through your body,
Out your root,
Out your feet,
And as it's released into the earth,
Is alchemized and transmuted into its next highest potential.
The earth sends her gratitude and her love for you.
Back up your energy cord or up your roots,
All the way up through your feet,
Through your root chakra,
Up through your spine,
And into your heart.
Pause for a moment and feel this energy circulating in your heart.
Feel the love that mother earth has for you.
Now take that energy and send it upwards.
Send it up through your head and out your crown.
Send it higher and higher,
Continuing on above the earth,
Above the stars,
Above the universe.
Imagine sending it upward into the divine,
Source,
God,
Creator,
All that is,
Whatever you resonate.
Send your energy up there and imagine connecting and anchoring into the divine.
Feel that soft,
Gentle,
Loving energy that you're given when you connect.
Now imagine being downloaded with more light,
More love,
More truth from the divine.
Sending down,
Down,
Down,
Back through your crown,
Into your body,
And now imagine this circulating like a loop.
So send your energy back down through your roots or through your energy cord,
Into the earth,
Down into the core.
Pull that energy back up,
Up,
Up through your feet,
Up through your body,
And out the crown of your head and pull it up back into the divine.
Connecting again,
Then imagine that energy looping back down into your body.
You can imagine this loop as many times as you like or just do it once or twice.
It's completely up to you.
And once you're done,
Feel that connection from below and above.
Now imagine a pillar of light shining down on you.
This pillar of light is going to dissolve any energy cords,
Any attachments,
Anything that's connecting you to someone else that is no longer serving you or connecting you to any experiences or anything that needs released.
So this pillar of light is just going to dissolve all of this.
And once you feel that process has been complete and you feel completely cleared and feel that you're in your own energetic space,
This is the time when you ask yourself,
What does my intuition want me to know today?
You can also say,
What does my higher self or my soul want me to know today?
However you'd like to phrase it.
You can also ask for guidance about a specific question or person or anything that's on your mind if you'd like.
I'm going to give you some time to feel into this and just notice whatever arises.
Let's come back to our bodies now.
Move your spine around a little bit.
Maybe turn your head,
Shake it yes and no if that feels good.
You can touch your fingertips to one another and just feel your feet planted firmly on the ground.
Maybe take a sip of water and now tell your soul and your intuition,
