To love yourself fully,

You must accept yourself as you are.

You are not your body.

You are not your mind.

You are not your personality.

You are not your emotions.

You are a soul having a human experience.

Begin with your breath.

Take a deep inhale through your nose.

Hold it.

Sigh everything out through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose again for a count of four.

Hold it.

Breathe out your nose for a count of six.

One more time.

Breathe in your nose for a count of four.

Hold it.

Breathe out your nose for a count of six.

Pause for a moment and notice your thoughts.

Where do you judge yourself?

Where do you criticize yourself?

Where do you not accept yourself?

Where do you think poorly of yourself?

Just notice.

Observe whatever arises and then let it go like a floating cloud.

Now envision a waterfall of rose gold light shimmering down on you from above.

It swirls around you in a warm loving embrace.

It showers you with healing energy.

It fills in any spaces that need a little extra care.

Breathe in this brilliant rose gold light.

Feel it dissolve any judgments,

Any criticisms,

Any negative thoughts of self.

Breathe in this radiant light.

Feel it dissolve where you've been holding onto these in your body.

Breathe this rose gold light in again and allow it to fill you with pure unconditional love for yourself.

Allow it to fill you with gratitude.

Gratitude for the person you were.

Gratitude for the person you will become.

Allow it to fill you with acceptance.

Acceptance of the person you are in this exact moment.

Send love to your body for enabling this experience.

Send love to your mind for processing this experience.

Send love to your soul for choosing this experience.

Send love to every single part of your being.

Because you deserve love.

Because you exist.

Because you matter.

Because you are worthy.

Feel this love in every cell of your body and carry it with you everywhere you go.
