This is a chakra cleansing meditation to balance and cleanse your energy field,
Leaving you feeling centered,
Restored,
And in complete alignment.
Take a moment to settle into your body and find a comfortable seat.
Begin with your breath.
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
Hold it,
Sigh everything out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your nose again for a count of four,
Hold it,
Breathe out your nose for a count of six.
One more time,
Breathe in through your nose for a count of four,
Hold it,
Breathe out your nose for a count of six.
Focus on your heart for a moment,
Feel your heartbeat,
Put your hand on your chest,
Breathe in all the love,
The joy,
The gratitude that it holds.
Think of one thing you're grateful for right now.
Send that energy down through your body and imagine you have a thick golden cord attached to the base of your spine.
Send your energy down through this cord,
Down,
Down,
Down into the soft earth,
Deeper and deeper until you reach the very center core.
Plug into this core and as you plug in,
You feel such a grounding connection,
Such a love.
The earth sends her energy back up through the cord to you,
Up your spine,
Your throat,
Through your head,
And out the top of your crown.
This golden cord travels higher and higher and higher past the clouds,
Above the earth,
Above the galaxy,
The universe,
The multiverse,
Until it plugs into divine source energy,
God,
Creator,
All that is,
Whatever you resonate with.
And as you plug into this energy,
You are downloaded with more love,
More light,
And more peace.
You feel this connection to both the cosmos and the earth from above and below,
Both sending you cleansing,
Beautiful energy.
Now say aloud or in your thoughts,
I release all energy,
Attachments,
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Doubts,
Fears,
And blocks that are not for my best and highest good.
I command these to be released from me now through all directions of time and space.
I invite love,
Peace,
Joy,
And high vibrational energy to fill in the cracks.
You can invite your angels or your higher power to support you in this process.

The protector archangel,
To assist me.
Imagine releasing everything that doesn't serve you now,
Is vacuumed up and taken away to be transmuted into its highest potential.
Now picture a pillar of pure white divine light beaming down on you from above.
This luminous light surrounds your aura,
Cleansing any lingering residue and fortifying your energetic field.
Your crown chakra opens to allow this warm soft light into your body.
It swirls around your brain,
Through your mind,
Purifying your thoughts.
It removes any negativity,
Any thoughts that are on a loop,
Any blocks,
Doubts,
Or fears are released.
Your connection to the universe is strengthened.
You feel its unconditional love.
This glowing white light flows smoothly to your third eye chakra,
The space between your eyebrows,
Your center of intuition.
Any disconnects felt with your inner wisdom are healed.
Any overthinking is dissolved.
You are fully present and you trust your inner guidance completely.
This healing light travels down to the center of your throat,
Into your throat chakra.
Any barriers to communication are resolved and refined.
You speak freely and with compassion.
Your voice is clear and full of harmony,
Grace,
And ease.
This light diffuses to your heart chakra,
The seat of your soul.
It fills in the spaces that need it the most,
With more empathy,
More forgiveness.
Your heart is gently opened wider and wider and a beam of unconditional love from source energy is poured inside.
Your heart is receptive.
You are worthy.
This light radiates down to your solar plexus,
A few inches above your navel,
Your region of power.
Any discord or disbeliefs in yourself or your abilities are melted away.
You are enough exactly as you are.
You are confident.
You are capable.
You can face any challenge that comes your way.
This loving light circulates down a few inches down below to your navel,
To your sacral plexus,
Your hub of emotion,
Creativity,
Creativity,
And sexuality.
Any imbalances in the space are reconciled and equalized.
Your emotions are valid.
Your boundaries are restored.
Your creativity and your passion is infinite and flows freely.
This light continues to the base of your spine,
Down to the root chakra,
Your foundation of security and stability.
It fills your root and you feel completely connected.
Your body and to the earth.
You are exactly where you need to be.
You have everything you need.
You are safe.
You are supported and you are so very loved.
