Sometimes all we need is a bit of beautiful background ambient music and that’s what I have here for you! To make the most of it, I want you to give into the music and give into your experience. This 40-minute session will help carry you away into a restful state and get some good sleep. It's perfect when you need a decent amount of time to get relaxed and get to sleep.

Hey,

It's Doug.

Sometimes to get to sleep,

All we need is some beautiful background ambient music.

So that's what I have here for you.

To make the most of it though,

I just want to urge you to give in completely to the music.

And also,

Give in completely to your experience.

Just focus on the sound waves as they hit your ears,

And travel down your body.

Use your deep,

Relaxed breaths to let these sounds wash over you,

Like a warm bath.

Just take a moment now and scan your body for any tension.

Tension in your face,

Your jaw,

Your shoulders,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your feet,

Or your hands.

Then just let that tension melt away,

As these frequencies gently massage them out of your body,

And carry them away.

Remember,

You have nowhere to be,

And nothing to do.

So just enjoy your experience,

And listen to this music as it relocates you to a place of rest and relaxation.

Enjoy.
