Hello and welcome to another guided breath flow journey.
Today we are moving through a series of techniques woven together,
Allowing you to effortlessly navigate the day in a calm and focused state.
Grounding ourselves with balanced breathing,
Slow nasal breaths at a 4 seconds in and 4 seconds out,
Then adding a 4 second hold after the inhale.
Elevating with superventilation,
Powerful breath in through the nose and a relaxed breath out the mouth.
Finishing off the journey with extended exhales,
Breathing slowly through the nose for 4 seconds and exhaling for 8 seconds.
Taking a moment to make any final adjustments,
Getting as comfortable as possible,
Laying down flat or sitting up tall and elongating the spine.
Closing down your eyes and settling into your space and your body.
Bringing your awareness to your breath now,
Just noticing the subtle shifts as you breathe in and out through the nose.
Just checking in with yourself,
How are you feeling in this present moment?
Bringing some intention to your breathing now,
Breathing in 2,
3,
4 and out.
Not forcing the breath,
Just allowing it to come in and out with ease.
Letting go of that pattern now and elevating ourselves with some deep powerful breaths.
Deeply in 2,
3,
4 and body.
Noticing the subtle changes,
Any emotions or feelings.
Slowing it down now with extended exhales,
Letting it go.
Returning to your natural flow of breathing now,
In and out through the nose.
Noticing how you are feeling.
Taking a moment to smile and give yourself some gratitude.
