Today's practice will be a superventilation at 2 tempos in a 5 round circuit of high power breathing.
Do this early in the morning,
Or whenever a quick shot of energy is required.
You'll be guided with breath sounds and cues.

Deep breath in,
Landing and go.
Deep,
Powerful breaths,
Maintaining this rhythm.
Increasing the pace for 10 breaths.
Back to the original tempo.
Deep,
Powerful breaths,
Feeling the expansion of the ribcage with every breath in.
And just a relaxed breath out.
Increasing the pace for 10 breaths.
Halfway.
Deep.
Back to the original tempo.
Double the space for 10 breaths.
Back to the original tempo.

Back to the original tempo.
This is the last round,
Just keep going,
Keep breathing.
Double the space for 10 deep breaths.
This is the final push,
Just keep going.

Just returning to your natural rhythm of breathing,
In and out through the nose.
