
Fear To Faith

When we humans don't understand something the first instinct to kick in would be fear. It forces us to be cautious and is an impulse to keep us safe but sometimes it ends up making us afraid of potentially good things. We need to balance that fear with faith. Allow Terri Cole to guide you to open up to more possibilities.

Welcome to this fear to faith meditation.
Please find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down now for the next 10 minutes or so where you won't be disturbed.
Light a candle,
Get out some lavender oil,
Get in a really comfortable position,
And gently close your eyes so we can begin.
Let's start by becoming aware of the breath.
Feel your breath as it enters with a cool feeling and then as it warms up as it's gently traveling down into your lungs.
Take a deep inhalation,
Feel your lungs filling up,
Bringing in this energy,
Vitality,
This prana,
Chi,
Right,
Our life force energy is in the air.
And as you exhale I want you to feel the body releasing toxins,
Stress,
Or any negativity,
Any constriction that you may be holding onto.
Now stay with this breath just focusing on the feeling of deep peace.
We're going to breathe in and out mindfully for about 10 breaths.
So just keep breathing and feel the energy that's in your body.
Become aware of this warmth that the energy is bringing into every cell of your body.
This positive energy,
This healthy energy.
Allow it to detoxify your system,
Detoxify your thoughts.
And I want you to just visualize this beautiful,
Bright,
Shining energy.
And now we're bringing this energy into the top of your head.
It's glowing so bright like the sun.
And just feel the beauty,
The warmth of this starting to travel into your body from the top of your head slowly moving down to your face and your neck,
Traveling down into your shoulders,
All the way down to your arms,
Your fingers.
Feel this healing energy and this light moving down into your chest,
All the way down to your hips.
Feel it continue traveling down your legs and all the way down to your toes and your feet.
Your entire body now is filled with this divine healing light and energy.
So allow whatever physical healing you might need to happen through this light.
Feel that energy moving through your body,
Creating total and complete relaxation.
And now that you're relaxed from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Bathing in the beauty of this golden light,
It's easy for you to visualize things with perfect clarity.
This meditation is planting the seeds of truth in your conscious and unconscious mind that your faith is stronger than your fear.
The healthy part of your mind knows that fear is simply a feeling about 95% of the time.
And that you have the power to change your feelings because you do it every day.
I want you to see yourself getting a hold of that mental fear.
See yourself catching the negative thoughts or the rumination about the past.
And before you slip into it,
The moment you realize that you're fearfully projecting,
You're going to stop,
Take a deep breath,
And simply say,
Next,
And move your mind out of that rut.
This is your signal that it's time to move on,
To get out of that low vibration,
To raise your awareness to the higher vibration of possibility,
Of faith.
Allow yourself to feel the feelings of having what you want,
Of floating through your world with confidence,
Feeling grounded and centered,
Feeling like you are the director and the decider in your life.
You have the power to choose to continue to strengthen your faith by cutting off fear the moment that you feel it.
This is a moment of course correction.
This is not to say that we ignore intuition.
I'm talking about the everyday pervasive,
Pedestrian fear that is getting in the way of you creating the life that you want.
So I want you to visualize right now the things that you fear the most.
Whatever the fearful mantras that you repeat about not having enough,
Not having enough money,
Not being worthy of what you want,
Not having a nice enough body,
Being good looking enough,
Talented enough,
Being well liked enough,
Whatever those fearful things are,
I want you to bring them to mind and now I want you to consciously and actively release them every time one of those thoughts comes into your mind.
This is when you say,
Next,
As Wayne Dyer taught me to do.
You simply,
Quietly,
Without fanfare,
The moment you see the fear in your mind,
You say next,
And then you move on to consciously raise your vibration to a vibration of possibility,
Of hope,
A possibility of expansion instead of contraction.
Now we're going to take the next minute or so to silently repeat this month's affirmation.
I'll keep an eye on the clock.
Our affirmation is,
My faith is stronger than my fear.
My faith is stronger than my fear.
Music Music Music Music Music Please gently stop repeating our monthly affirmation right now.
Bring your awareness back to your body,
Back to the couch that you're on,
The room that you're in.
And when I get to one,
You're going to feel rested,
Excited,
And ready to manifest your dreams.
Ten,
Nine,
You're feeling rested and relaxed.
Eight,
Seven,
Feeling incredibly grateful.
Six,
Five,
Feeling renewed and regrouped.
Four,
Three,
Feeling full of faith.
Two,
One.
Gently stretch your hands and rock your feet and give yourself a nice big full body stretch.
Please use this fear to faith meditation every day this month and see how it impacts the strength of your faith.
