Hello, My friend. Place your hand on your chest, Right over your heart. Take a soft breath in, And let it go slowly. Now, Imagine inside your chest there is a tiny glowing light. It shines softly, Like a candle. With every breath in, The light grows a little brighter. And with every breath out, It shines all around you. This light is your love. It's your kindness. It's your courage. When you feel unsure, Your light reminds you. You are strong. You are safe. You are enough. Take another big breath in, And feel your shining heart light grow warm. Let it glow out into the world, Sharing your goodness everywhere you go. Your light is always with you. It can never go out. When you're ready, Give yourself a big hug, And know your light will guide you today. May you have a wonderful day, And always remember, You are loved, You are whole, You are enough.
