I'm Teresa,

And this is a gentle pause for winter rest,

A moment to soften and let your body catch up.

When you're ready,

Take a slow breath in,

And let it move out of you without effort.

Winter doesn't ask you to be productive.

It asks you to be honest about your need for rest.

Let your shoulders drop,

Let your jaw loosen,

Let the pace of your breath slow just a little.

You don't need to figure anything out right now.

You don't need to make a decision.

This moment is for settling,

Not solving.

Even a brief pause like this is a form of self-care.

It counts.

Take one more gentle breath,

And return when you're ready.

You're welcome to come back to this pause anytime you need it.

And as you return to your day,

Remember as always,

You are loved,

You are whole,

You are enough.
