Tammy D’Alesandro is a storyteller, a guide, and a force of liberation. A veteran, Spiritual Doula, and Somatic Healing Practitioner, she guides others into the art of BEING—of releasing, restoring, and remembering the truth of who they are. Her work fuses energy intelligence, embodied healing, and radical self-liberation, inviting seekers—especially veterans and those who have carried the weight of service—to step beyond survival and into wholeness. She holds space for those ready to release the weight of trauma and become unbound. Through Insight Timer, Tammy’s offerings support not only personal healing but collective impact. Every donation directly funds Empower 2 Create Foundation, her nonprofit serving children, families, and communities in Rwanda.
