Welcome,

Dear one.

This is your sacred space to return to the light that lives within you.

Whether you've just woken up or you're rising from an emotional heaviness,

This moment is yours.

There is no rush,

No time.

There is only breath and the quiet miracle of remembering your light.

Let's begin.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Wherever your body prefers to be right now.

You may be lying down or seated.

Wherever you are,

Let your body rest gently into whatever supports you.

Be held.

Now,

Gently,

Softly,

Allow the eyelids to close.

And for a moment,

Just be.

Settle into your body.

Settle into your breath.

Settle deeply and gently into this moment.

Now,

Imagine yourself in a room.

A still,

Quiet,

Dark room.

You're safe here.

Know that you're safe here.

Imagine that in this bed and you're under the covers.

You're under a blanket.

Snuggled in.

The windows closed.

Curtains drawn.

Maybe you've just woken up heavy.

Maybe thoughts are swirling around in the mind.

Maybe you're already ruminating over today's to-dos.

And maybe you feel none of it.

Just here,

Right now.

Imagine that you,

In this dark space,

Are a silhouette of yourself.

Barely formed.

Almost invisible.

This is the moment before the rising.

And it's okay to be right here.

Let yourself feel it.

Acknowledge it.

Breathe into it.

The thoughts,

If you have them.

The worries,

If they exist.

And the weight,

If you're carrying it.

It's all here.

You're not hiding from it.

You're not running from it.

You are simply being with it.

And so breathe into your being.

Breathe into your body.

Allow the breath to expand and begin to awaken your light.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Pause for a moment here.

And then exhale gently through the nose or mouth.

And pause here.

Maybe this is your first conscious breath of the day.

And with this breath,

You spark a small glow,

A flicker of light within your being,

Within your chest.

Again,

Inhale deeply.

Hold at the top.

And then exhale softly.

And hold here.

Continue breathing that way for just a moment.

Until you feel the light inside of you respond.

Until you feel it begin to grow.

With each breath,

You begin to feel a warmth.

Like a soft golden ember at the center of your being.

It's soft.

But steady.

It knows the way.

And as you breathe,

Feel this warmth and let this light expand.

Let it move into your chest,

Your shoulders,

Into your hands.

And out through your fingertips.

Continue to breathe.

Inhale once more and feel it enter your body again.

Into your belly.

Up your spine and into your back.

Feel it spreading to your throat.

Lift your head gently and feel it in your face.

Your crown.

Connect with your light.

Breathe in once more deeply through the top of your head and down the back of your skull.

All the way down your spine.

Into your hips.

Your thighs.

And out through your toes.

Feel this breath,

This light fill your entire body.

And from your toes.

Allow this breath to sweep through your body.

Your entire body.

You are no longer a silhouette.

You are radiant.

You are light.

Imagine this light that fills your body.

Your entire body.

Expanding beyond your skin.

Beyond your being.

It begins to fill the room around you.

You remove the covers.

You remove the darkness,

The heaviness.

You breathe in this light.

Rise from your place of rest.

Full of light,

You open the curtains.

You open the windows of your heart.

And the sunlight pours in.

Your breath is steady.

Your presence is power.

You feel the room shift.

It becomes an extension of your light.

And as you move about,

Whether you stretch or yawn,

Maybe you place a gentle hand on your body and know that everything you touch is illuminated.

Everything you experience is softened.

Even your pain is wrapped in compassion.

Because this light,

This radiance,

Doesn't ignore your shadows.

It doesn't hide from the dark parts.

It doesn't push them away.

It transforms them.

It holds them.

It shines light,

Soft light,

Upon them.

And so do you.

And now,

With your next few breaths,

Imagine this light moving even farther.

Beyond your aura.

Beyond this space,

This room.

Flowing out into your relationships.

Into your family.

Your work.

Your conversations.

Your smile.

Your creative expression.

Your choices.

See everything that you touch today being blessed by your light.

Not because you're trying.

Not because you're doing.

But because you're being.

You are light.

You are the presence that transforms a space just by entering it.

By being light.

This is your truth.

Divine wisdom of the light within.

This is who you've always been.

Now,

Let's rest here in this light.

Just a few quiet breaths.

Feeling your light.

Rest here for as long as you'd like.

Gently breathing.

Gently aware.

You have arrived.
