One of the keys to living a life of calm and purpose is to discover the art of letting go.
If you'd like a more peaceful life,
It's important to look at what disturbs that peace and practice letting go of whatever you're holding on to that's causing you anxiety,
Frustration,
Or stress.
If you'd like a life of abundance,
Creativity,
And purpose,
Examine what may be standing in the way of that and let it go.
In this session,
We will practice the art of letting go,
Using our breath to support our release of what no longer serves us.
Each time you hear let go,
Deepen the breath and soften the body even more,
Relaxing any areas of tension or stagnant energy that may be present.
Find a position that is most comfortable for you and begin to slowly relax your body and release any thoughts present.
Breathe deeply,
Slowly,
And let go.
Let go of control.
Come into your body and out of your head.
Away from the racing thoughts and storm clouds of worry and into the slow,
Gentle waves of your breath.
Let go.
In and out.
Cool and warm.
Expanding and releasing.
Let go.
Opening and softening.
Breathe.
All is well.
Everything is okay.
Here,
In this moment,
You have no control over that which you so desperately desire.
The outcome,
The future,
Another person's actions,
And even Mother Nature.
There is no amount of worrying or thinking that will change this moment.
So surrender your desires and trust in the wisdom of the universe.
Inhale to connect to the stillness and exhale to release control.
Let go.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Unwind the tension in your body,
Setting free all the stress and inviting in love.
Connect now with love.
Love is present.
Love is here.
Invite every cell in your body to shift from control to trust.
From worry to hope.
From darkness to light.
Stress lives in the darkness.
Love flows in the light.
Be here in the light.
Let go.
Bathing in a soft,
Warm blanket of trust.
Let it soothe you as you dream of possibilities and softly whisper your prayers to the universe.
Let go.
Let go.
There is nothing you need to control right now.
So feel your body release it all.
Let go.
And feel your heart hum with spaciousness.
No more thinking.
No more doing.
Only being.
One with love.
One with trust.
One with the beautiful art of surrender.
