One of the keys to living a life of calm and purpose is to discover the art of letting go. If you’d like a more peaceful life, it’s important to look at what disturbs that peace, and practice letting go of whatever you’re holding onto that’s causing you anxiety, frustration or stress. If you’d like a life of abundance, creativity and purpose, examine what may be standing in the way of that … and let it go. In this meditation, we will practice the art of letting go, using our breath to support our release of what no longer serves us. Each time you hear let go, deepen the breath and soften the body even more, relaxing any areas of tension or stagnant energy that may be present.
