Sometimes our minds get cluttered with thoughts.
Perhaps you have several thoughts happening at the same time.
Maybe you have one thought jumping in and interrupting another thought repeatedly.
It is all okay.
We live in a world where everything is moving very quickly.
We can create a safe haven for our minds by following a simple practice like this one.
Paying attention to our breath,
To your body's response to your breath,
Grounding yourself at any moment,
Closing your eyes and centering yourself simply by breathing and surrendering.
Practice,

Calm,
