As you settle in,

Breathe fully down into your belly.

Sink back wherever it is that you lie,

Wherever it is that you sit.

Feel deeply supported by the ground beneath you and breathe.

Today's practice is for inviting the abundance and prosperity of feminine power,

Inviting it deeply into your heart.

Living in the full glory of who you are.

Divine,

Beautiful,

Abundant,

And powerful.

Let your eyes come to close.

And for a few cycles of breath,

Just sit,

Just be.

Allow all of your processes to slow down.

Just breathe in this moment,

This moment that was beautifully created for you.

And when your breath work feels complete,

Starting to imagine a vast,

Wide,

Expansive ocean,

That gentle rolling of the Black Sea.

Let this imagery be your constant today.

I love the chanting part, I practiced yoga and always loved to chant mantras, also during your meditation I cannot help but chant along with you :) Just a little question, out of curiosity: I know that the mantra is Om Shree Maha Lakshmiyei Namaha, to chant only a part of it is the same thing? Sorry for the maybe silly question, just curious :) Namasté 💙
