So close your eyes,
Take a few deep breaths and consciously let go of everything you've been busy doing so far today.
Everything that happened today,
Letting it go.
Everything that's gonna happen later that you're thinking about or planning,
Letting that go too.
Just allowing yourself to be in this moment with your breath,
With your body,
With your presence.
And then just start breathing into your heart,
The center of your chest.
And feel that your breath is starting to activate your heart center.
And it's like there's a warm glow in there or a light that's starting to shine and with each breath it gets brighter.
In order to help this to become even brighter,
Just recall some times in your life when you felt so much love and so much joy.
Really happy times.
Let your mind just filter through memory after memory,
Recalling lots of different times that you felt love and joy and happiness.
Breathing into your heart and feeling that these thoughts are expanding the light that's in there and it's growing brighter,
Shining further around your body.
Starting to think about all of the little things in your life,
The humble little things that you're grateful for.
Everyday things,
The ability to see,
The ability to walk,
To buy a cup of coffee.
There's food in your cupboard,
There's love in your life,
People you care about.
Just listing in your mind what you're grateful for right now.
Feeling this heart energy growing bigger and wider within you.
And breathing into this beautiful open heart and just asking yourself,
What does love want to do with my life?
What is the most inspiring direction I want to go in,
In partnership with love?
What is love's dream for my life?
And whatever dream is arising for you right now is just perfect.
Asking,
Love asking your guides or the divine,
What do I most need to let go of in order to step confidently in this direction?
Maybe that's a particular doubt,
A particular fear that's coming up.
Whatever doubt or fear is coming up when you say that,
I want you to imagine that you're stuffing that doubt or fear into a bag.
And you could,
If there's more than one doubt or more than one fear,
You can just keep putting them into a bag as they come up.
Until the bag is full.
And imagine now that you're picking up that bag and you're offering it up to the divine and saying,
Divine,
I'm no longer willing to carry this because it's heavy and it blocks my connection with you.
And it blocks me from being able to move with you in this direction of love.
I want love more than I want this,
What's in the bag.
I choose love.
And so I'm willing to let this go.
And imagine you're letting it go.
And maybe it's floating up into the light or any other way that your imagination is creatively releasing that bag,
Taking it away so that it's gone.
Now there is this clear path ahead of you in your imagination.
And in front of you now is an image of a future you who's living the reality that you're dreaming about.
Start walking towards them and noticing their face,
Their eyes,
Their posture,
How they're feeling in the embodiment of your dream.
And then I want you to step into them,
Become one with them,
And feel this energy,
This amazing bright aliveness,
This joy or happiness,
Whatever it is for you.
How does it feel to be in the conclusion,
The result,
The outcome of what you want?
Where is the feeling of this located in your body,
That most concentrated feeling of this joy or this happiness?
Where is that in your body?
Feel it,
Breathe into it,
And see what color it might be.
And then bring that color all the way through your whole body,
Saturating you from tip of your toe right up to the top of your head,
Down your arms and through your fingers,
Your hands.
You are filled with this color,
This energy.
Then turn up the brightness on that color and turn up the volume and the intensity of this vibration.
You're feeling like it brighter,
Brighter,
Brighter,
Stronger.
Double it again and double it again.
So you're sitting in this amazing powerful energy.
And lastly,
Saying to the divine and declaring to the universe,
It is done.
And then just start to slowly bring yourself back,
Feeling your physical body,
Remembering where you are and what day it is,
Wiggling your toes and your fingers,
Taking a deep breath and opening your eyes when you're ready.
