So I invite you to again focus on your heart space.
Just taking a deep breath in and releasing it.
And another breath into that heart space,
Feeling it begin to open to the love that you are.
And on the next breath just soften the mind allowing the love that resides within you to begin to flow.
Flow from your heart,
Filling your body.
And just breathing that love in,
Allowing it to fill every cell from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
And as this love fills every cell,
It is healing anything within those cells that needs to be healed right here,
Right now.
And again,
Breathing in.

So I want you to take a moment to relax and relax.

Just notice what it looks like,
The texture.
You might even want to touch it,
The feeling of it,
But just take a moment to see this wall in front of you.
And now I want you to notice that there's actually a door in the wall.
And I want you to approach the door and I want you to open it.
And when you open it,
The door goes into the area.
And I want you to take a couple steps inside and notice that you're in this beautiful garden.
And as you see around you,
Just notice what's there,
If there's flowers or trees or birds or butterflies.
And take a moment to look down and notice this path.
There's a path.
And I'm going to invite you to walk on the path in this garden.
Taking your time to just notice what's around you.
And as you're looking around,
Absorbing the beauty that surrounds you,
I want you to know that this is your secret garden.
And as you continue to journey on this path within your garden,
You eventually come to a little stream that runs through your garden.
How beautiful is that?
And take a moment just to watch the stream and listen to the water gurgling over the rocks and stones.
Just breathe all that in.
Breathing it in.
And see how you feel now standing beside the stream in your secret garden.
Perhaps you're feeling a sense of expanded love.
Perhaps you're feeling a sense of open-hearted joy or peace.
Just notice.
And as you look around your stream,
Notice that there is a bench right by it.
So I invite you to take a seat.
Just relaxing.
And soon there is someone approaching you.
And this someone sits next to you on your bench by your stream in your garden.
And this someone is your higher self.
So I invite you to take a few moments to connect with your higher self right now.
Just notice this higher self that's sitting next to you.
Feel the love and the peace and the compassion that radiates from this higher self to you.
And allow yourself to receive it.
Allow your heart to open more,
Receiving the love and the peace and the compassion.
And now is your time to ask your higher self any questions that have been weighing on you.
And then just listen deeply to what the answers are.
And now is your time to ask your higher self any questions that have been weighing on you.
And now I invite you to listen.
And now I invite you to listen to your higher self.
Because your higher self is now going to share with you what the purpose of your life is all about.
Are you ready to hear it?
Listen deeply.
And even if you don't think you hear any words,
Just allow your heart to download whatever it is your higher self is sharing with you about your purpose.
Listen.
And then thank your higher self for sitting with you by your stream,
Answering your questions,
Listening to what it is you needed to share,
And sharing with you your purpose.
Take a moment of gratitude right here,
Right now.
And now it's time to begin the journey back.
So say goodbye to your higher self for now.
It's always available to you,
As is your secret garden and this bench by the stream anytime you need.
Continuing to notice the beauty that surrounds you.
Notice how you feel as you come to the garden gate.
Take a deep breath in.
And then step out of the garden,
Closing the door,
Knowing you can re-enter it anytime,
Anytime at all.
And then taking a deep breath into your heart,
Becoming present to the chair that you're in,
The room that you're in.
And when you're ready,
Just open your eyes.
And so it is.
