Taking a deep breath in,
Breathing right into the center of who you are,
And exhaling,
Allowing everything to simply relax,
And breathing in right into your heart center,
And exhaling,
Allowing yourself to be more present where you are.
And one more breath,
Breathing in deeply,
And exhaling,
Allowing all that is to be.
And so now in your mind's eye,
Picture a golden bowl or a golden chalice,
If you will.
And it can be whatever size,
Whatever shape.
And now,
If there's anything that you're feeling resentful about,
Anything you're feeling resistant to,
Just imagine those feelings pouring out of your heart,
Those thoughts that are holding you in resistance or resentment or fear or doubt.
See those thoughts and those feelings pouring into the golden bowl.
Allow all of those thoughts.
If there's anything that you don't want to do,
Put that in there.
There's resentment toward anyone,
Put that inside the golden bowl,
Knowing that that bowl expands to hold all of your feelings,
All of these thoughts.
And continue to do this until you feel that you've divested yourself almost completely of these feelings.
They now reside within this golden bowl.
Good.
Now,
Imagine a flame coming into the bowl and lighting with a golden fire every thought,
Every feeling that you have placed in there.
And see this flame completely burning up everything in the bowl until there is only ash.
And once you see the ashes,
Simply blow the ashes away,
Knowing that your bowl is clean and purified as well as yourself.
And you may begin your day.
