Again,
Using the breath to bring yourself to center,
Breathing in and exhaling and allowing the day to fall away,
As again you breathe deeply into your heart,
Releasing.
One more time,
Breathing into this present moment,
Right here,
Right now.
Good.
Now what I would like you to do is put your attention on who you have been up until this moment and begin to discern what are the qualities you have been living.
Have you been living qualities of fear?
Have you been living qualities of strength?
Have you been living qualities of sorrow or love?
What are the qualities you've been living your life from up until right now?
You may even want to write these qualities down.
And just notice,
Notice if there's any feelings that come up as you contemplate this.
Who have you been up until right now?
Good.
Now turn your attention to your future self.
What are the qualities you would like to live from this moment forward?
Are there qualities from your past you would like to continue to live?
Are there qualities you want to refine?
Are there qualities that you notice you haven't been living from?
Perhaps kindness,
Perhaps courage.
What are the qualities you want to live from this moment forward?
Call them into your awareness now.
Without judgment.
And I would invite you without fear because perhaps you're being called to live a very expansive life.
Allow that.
Good.
Now put your attention on where you are right now in this present moment.
Allowing yourself to be that place that aligns the past and the present and integrates all of it.
And if you will,
A butterfly.
And the past is one wing and the future is the other wing.
And where you are right now is the body of the butterfly coming into full alignment,
Coming into wholeness.
Good.
Now allow that transformation that has been occurring to take place within you.
Allow the solid beingness of who you are to become real to you now.
And imagine yourself as that butterfly breaking out of the cocoon and becoming more magnificent than who you were before this transformation.
Allowing all the qualities that you now choose to live,
All the qualities you now choose to be,
You choose to experience.
To be fully integrated into your body,
Into your mind,
Into your heart.
Good.
And allow yourself the joy of flying.
And see yourself coming back to this present moment,
This place that you are now,
Fully present,
Fully aware,
Fully awake and integrated.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
