Putting your attention on your feet.

Take a deep breath,

Breathing up the energy of the earth,

Up through the bottom of your feet,

Through your legs,

Through your knees,

Breathing it all the way up your thighs into your abdomen,

All the way up your torso,

All the way up through the top of your head and allow that energy to cascade over you like a water fountain.

And again,

Breathing that energy up from the bottom of your feet,

Up through your legs,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Into your torso,

All the way up through your heart center,

All the way up through the top of your head and again allowing that energy to cascade over you.

And one more time,

Breathing that energy up from the bottom of your feet,

Through your legs,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Into your abdomen,

All the way up through your torso,

All the way up through the top of your head and cascading over like a waterfall,

Allowing yourself to be very present right here,

Right now.
