I am doing my own inner work always and I have been healing my root chakra.
So that's what we're going to do today.
We're going to look at healing the root chakra.
Okay so I'm just going to take these off.
So wherever you are just get grounded with your feet on the ground.
And for anybody that doesn't know the root chakra is that chakra right between your sit bones and its element is earth.
So we're going to anchor into the earth first like we usually do and then do some root chakra work.
All right so taking a deep breath and just allowing the exhale to be expressive.
So one more breath in kind of waking up the internal systems.
Another breath and just feel yourself becoming present in your body.
And then I want you to imagine a cord that goes down your spine all the way down into the center of the earth.
Just see that cord going all the way down and it wraps around a crystal at the center of the earth.
Allow it to wrap three or four times.
This anchors you into the earth while we do this work.
And just allow yourself to be present with being anchored on the earth.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Feel this cord down in the center of Pachamama.
And just allow yourself a breath or two to be present.
Feeling grounded.
And now I want you to put your attention on your root chakra.
This chakra is red.
It is the earth element.
And I want you just to see that vibrant color of red.
At the root of your being.
And you can watch it spin clockwise.
Just allowing it to spin.
Awakening,
Opening.
Just women will be being there.
So,
This is important in your daily life that you start to recognize what this is that is happening right here.
Good.
Now as you're just sitting in that beautiful seat of the earth element that is red,
This is also the place where we feel safe.
It is the thing that anchors us to the earth that makes us feel safe.
And if you're like me and you've had some wounding,
Who hasn't?
Then you may not feel safe,
Especially after this last year,
Especially with what's going on this year.
So allowing yourself this opportunity,
Repeat to yourself,
I am safe.
As you focus on this root chakra,
Allowing the earth to hold you,
To anchor you,
Taking a deep breath saying,
I am safe.
And I want you to notice how that catches you,
If it catches you.
If there's some place in your history,
In your lineage,
In your family of origin where you didn't feel safe as a child,
And just notice,
Just notice it's not about going into the emotion of it,
It's about witnessing that this is the truth.
That there are places in your life you don't feel safe.
Just take a deep breath and allow it to play kind of like a movie in your mind as you anchor yourself into that root chakra,
Into that red,
Red,
Red earth.
Breathing in and breathing out.
This is also the place where there's energetic wounding or belief systems that get stuck.
So what we're doing by recognizing places where you didn't feel safe,
I want you to also recognize is places in your childhood or your family of origins lineage,
Your ancestry that didn't feel safe.
And just notice what comes up.
Knowing that you are in a safe container held by the earth.
Perhaps there were unspoken or spoken beliefs that you were not valuable.
Beliefs that if you're empathic,
Which most people are,
That you were not to be seen,
You were not to have the feelings that you have.
You were not to be heard.
So just notice where you had to protect yourself as a very,
Very small child.
And notice how you did that.
Was it by being small?
Was it by being invisible?
Breathing in and exhaling as you notice this,
Allow yourself to release the energy blocks in your root chakra that might be keeping you from feeling safe.
Good.
And as you're doing that,
I want you to invite into your awareness,
Into the safety of this earth plane,
The root chakra.
I want you to invite your small inner child knowing that he or she is safe as they come to greet you.
And notice how they,
That inner child is appearing to you.
Is that inner child happy to see you,
Afraid to see you,
Angry?
Notice what's going on with your inner child right now as you greet them.
As the adult greets the inner child.
Exhaling,
Any anxiety,
Any guilt,
Any shame down into the center of the earth.
Just allow it to go down that grounding cord as you become present with your inner child.
And notice the feelings you have toward your inner child again.
And I want you to breathe into the heart center,
Love,
And exhale love.
Let's do that three times while you're sitting with your inner child.
Breathing in love,
Exhaling love.
Breathing in love,
And exhaling love.
And breathing in love,
And exhaling love.
And this love that you are,
This breath of love that you are circulating,
Allow it to wrap around your inner child just as you would wrap your arms around this inner child.
And tell your inner child that he or she is safe.
Holding your inner child,
Let them know that they are safe.
I notice how that feels.
Notice if any other energy systems or blocks within your root chakra begin to dissipate.
And as you notice that,
Just send them down into the middle of the earth so they can be mulched.
And ask your inner child if there's anything that it wants you to know.
Breathing in,
Allowing your inner ears to hear,
Allowing your heart to receive.
Anchoring yourself in the root of your being that is bright red,
That is your sanctuary,
Your safety.
And then this beautiful red container.
Now is the time to say whatever you need to say to your inner child.
To ask its forgiveness for you not knowing what you didn't know.
And that you forgive your inner child for not knowing what it didn't know.
Breathing,
Allowing,
Loving,
Loving your inner child and loving yourself as one,
As one,
As one.
And now just take a very deep breath and notice how you feel anchored in your root chakra,
Anchored to the earth,
Anchored to your life,
Anchored in safety.
And I want you to say this to yourself,
I am liberated from past wounds,
Energetic blocks,
And ancestral dynamic.
I am liberated.
Make sure you claim it with a very strong voice,
Standing in the root of your power.
I am liberated from my history.
I am liberated from my family of origin.
I am liberated.
And in full claiming of this liberation within yourself,
Once again,
See all the energy blocks,
All the past belief systems that have held you in a state of anxiety or fear just dissipating.
Like the morning fog until there is only that bright red root chakra.
And feel the vitality and energy of the earth moving in your body,
Transmuting anything that is unlike love of the highest vibration.
Allow yourself this gift this day.
And then becoming very present to now,
This present moment,
The chair you're in,
The room you're in.
Breathe yourself into center.
