Welcome to your guided meditation coaching session for focus.
This is a meditation for people who want to clarify what their focus is and discover the tools within you to help you cultivate clear focus so that you can complete and achieve what you need to do,
What you want to do.
Take this time to find a comfortable seated position.
Take a breath,
Inhale and exhale,
Let it go and become aware of yourself now in this moment.
Become aware of your breath,
Noticing your in-breath and your out-breath,
How much air you're really exhaling out,
Following your exhale all the way through and we're going to gently focus on counting our breaths backward 10 to 1 and as we breathe in and breathe out,
We're going to breathe in to the back of our heart and gently pause in the center and exhale out through the front of your heart.
So we'll focus our breaths here in the heart center.
All you need to do is simply listen and follow the guidance of my voice.
So breathing in through the back of your heart,
10 and exhaling out,
Breathing in,
9 and exhaling out through the front of your heart,
Breathing in,
8 and exhale out,
Breathing in through the back of your heart,
7 and exhale,
Breathing in,
6 and exhale out,

Becoming focused within your heart and also completely aware of yourself and your surroundings,
Holding both the focus and awareness,
Total presence in this moment,
Letting yourself relax into the state of focus,
Into focus,
Let it be effortless,
Feel your energy as it flows and moves,
As you focus your concentration in your heart,
Concentrated focus in your heart,
Total awareness,
Let yourself have total and complete awareness,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Easy focused breaths.
What is one focus you'd like to have,
Just one,
You can always choose more,
Just letting yourself focus on one thing,
One thing that feels important to you,
One thing that represents your priorities,
Your priority,
What would it be like to commit your time to your focus,
How much time would you want to commit to this focus,
What is your intention behind this focus,
What is it like to give yourself over to this focus,
To in a sense surrender to this focus,
Notice how focus feeds you,
Supports you energetically,
Practicing pure focus each day,
What would that bring for you,
Feel that sense of satisfaction and fulfillment from having focused your attention and energy,
