This is a quick meditation to be one with your body.
Find a safe space.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in through your nose.
Slowly breathe out through your mouth.
Be very still.
Feel the movement inside of you.
Feel your heart beating.
Feel your chest rising and falling.
Breathe in.
Slowly breathe out.
Your soul wants you alive.
Your body wants you alive as well.
Without moving,
Bring awareness to your feet.
Feel them from the inside.
Acknowledge your feet has walked you many places.
Everything is here for you.
Move your awareness up to your stomach.
Breathe in from your stomach and breathe out through your chest.
Just sit still.
There's nothing to do.
Nowhere to be.
Now move your awareness to your lips.
Feel your lips from the inside.
Without those lips,
You couldn't make sound.
Breathe in.
Before you breathe out,
Be aware of your breath.
Feel your breath touching your lips.
Breathe in again.
Breathe out.
You are okay.
You are safe.
Your body loves you.
Your soul loves you.
Know that.
Love all of you.
